The place is a dump. Smelly and dirty. The floor carpet has dirt along the edge of the wall and between the bed and table. A small set of furniture is covered with dust. The bathroom floor is covered wirh shoe print. The bath room is filthy, half used shampoo, debris in the bath tub and stain on toilet. Bath tub does not drain well unless we stick a tooh brush to keep the valve open. The toilet is cracked in half and poorly patched . This is not a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I knew this hotel'sconditions , I would not book it.
This hotel is in a good location and is cheap. However, the hotel has not been updated in some time so the amenities listed in the description are very outdated or are not even there at all. If you are booking to stay there because of a specific amenity, I would check with the hotel directly that it is still available.
I booked the Suite room on Hotels.com listed as 30 m2. Upon arrival, they tried to give me the Triple room, which was 24 m2. Upon further discussion downstairs, they only had 3 types of rooms, not 4 as listed on Hotels.com. Apparently the Suite room does not exist, and I paid more money for a larger room that does not exist. If you are going to book a room here, don't book the Suite room because they will just give you one of the smaller rooms. I settled on the 18 m2 Deluxe Double room because of the larger than king size bed. I called Hotels.com to inform the of the discrepancy and they gave me a $30 coupon for my next booking.
The hotel does not have a bar as listed, but does have a massage parlor on the 8th floor. The massage therapist had bad attitude and service with no oil. And tried to ask for more tips than she was worth, which was 200,000, she asked for 300,000.
The hotel is quite old. In room 401, the two "lounge" chairs were actually repurposed bus seats with seatbelt buckles still intact! Talk about saving money! Just stroll down to the junk yard and pick up two seats from the abandoned bus!
There was no water kettle in the room to make coffee or tea.
The breakfast was a la carte, not a buffet as listed on hotels.com.
The reception let me check out later at 2pm.
There's a great BBQ restaurant diagonally across the street.
Room Tip: Don't book the Suite room. It doesn't exist. They will just give you a smaller room.
