solid hotel for budget travellers who are not looking for lux.
Pros:

generally speaking it was quite good hotel for one night, i was staying with my friends and was expecting 2 beds and 1 sofa however there were only 2 beds. But even through im still happy with my expierence in this hotel. Especialy with personal who were very kind and attentionful.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un appartement très fonctionnel à proximité de la promenade des Anglais. La literie était très confortable.

Cons:

Il faisait trop chaud dans l'appartement et l'emplacement des assiettes dans la cuisine n'est pas intuitif. L'accroche-serviette dans la salle de bain est fixé trop bas.

L'odeur de nourriture des autres appartements qui diffuse sous la porte,.

Una verdadera trampa para turistas.

Este alojamiento no cumple ni mínimamente con lo que promete y resulta totalmente inadecuado para recibir huéspedes, y mucho menos a 4 adultos. Al llegar ya se percibe el problema principal: la falta absoluta de limpieza e higiene. El apartamento estaba sucio, descuidado y daba la sensación de no haber sido limpiado correctamente en mucho tiempo. Más tarde lo confirmamos: no existe servicio de limpieza profesional, la limpieza depende del huésped anterior.

El equipamiento es indignante. Para cuatro personas, ni siquiera había cuatro tenedores. La cocina es inutilizable: no tiene horno, faltan utensilios básicos y no permite preparar ni la comida más simple. Es evidente que está pensada solo para aparentar que hay cocina, no para usarla.

El departamento es incómodo, mal distribuido y poco funcional. Las camas son incómodas y la ropa de cama no transmite ninguna sensación de limpieza. Tampoco había toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes, algo básico que cualquier alojamiento mínimamente serio debería garantizar.

La situación fue tan absurda que, apenas llegamos, el propio conserje encargado del check-in se disculpó y dio a entender que la estadía sería mala. Incluso nos advirtió que, si no dejábamos el departamento perfectamente limpio al irnos, nos cobrarían 50 € de penalización. Es decir, uno paga por alojarse en un lugar sucio y además debe limpiarlo para no ser multado.

Ahora todo cobra sentido: la limpieza es deficiente porque directamente no existe, y el huésped termina haciendo el trabajo que el alojamiento debería asumir.

En conclusión, solo sirve —y apenas— para pasar una noche de emergencia, sin expectativas de comodidad, higiene ni equipamiento. No es un lugar para descansar, ni para cocinar, ni para disfrutar Niza. Si valorás mínimamente tu dinero, tu comodidad o tu tiempo, evitá este alojamiento. Lo único que vas a encontrar es una cama incómoda, suciedad y una experiencia frustrante.
