Great hotel. Wonderful staff just slightly tired
Pros:

The lobby. Especially the lobby cafe which was great. Comfy and great coffee

The noise from building site all night. It’s also tired. It needs a refurb

Pros:

The room and bathroom were really nice

Cons:

Expensive per night, however I know that Riyadh is extremely busy and more expensive comparing to other cities in Saudi.
Breakfast should be included in the price

Couldn’t find the English channels

Pros:

Quite & Calm environment. Specious rooms with adequate amenities. Decent smell looks like fresh feelings. Staff good. Specially restaurant, Shahdat he was excellent in attitude and service. Good variety of food and taste. Specious lifts and equipped business area. Best for evening walk, nice decent view, clean & well equipped balconies.

Cons:

Inexperienced reception staff. They checked me in to a room which already occupied by young couple and we went in. So embarrassing situation. I can understand that, because I checked in around 2am in the morning. Reception staff need more training specially the language, which is the requirement of hospitality industry. The staff was welcoming and cooperative.
I lost my laptop sleeve, in lobby area. Hotel reception staff couldn’t find it.
Normally these kind of think happens, not a big thing.

Great place, good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice decent environment. Decent smell. Restaurant staff specially Shahdat, he was awesome and good in services and behavior. Strong wifi, spacious rooms, lobby and lifts. Cleanliness was good. Whole staff was good. House keeping always greet when we pass by....

Cons:

Nothing more to dislike, good hotel. But just give some training to reception staff specially the language, it will be the added advantage for the guests like me, who are not good in Arabic. Nothing else.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Al Waha for a night and had a really nice experience. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and they even arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The room was good, breakfast was great, and overall the service was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing that needs attention is the health club - no towels, no water, and empty bottles lying around. Since the hotel is big on sustainability, it would be great to replace plastic bottles with a water dispenser and paper cups instead.
