Pros:

Средний отель по невысокой цене, ничего особенного. Останавливался тут на два дня- жить можно!) Номера чуть «убитые» но довольно чисто.

Comfortable place in a central location
Pros:

Stayed 5 nights in Phu Quoc. Location is fair, about 15 mins walking from the night market area, however around the hotel, there are many restaurants & bars with nice ocean views. Very comfortable stay, clean bathroom and room, and a quiet staff, they seem to leave the guests alone unless needed. Good wifi signal; scooter rental available and fair rate.

Pros:

Stort och fint hotellrum med väldigt fräsch toalett och duschkabin. Sängarna var en aning hårda men helt okej. Hotellpersonalen var inte speciellt tillmötesgående samt att de började städa till hög musik och föra oväsen ute i korridoren väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Ingen sovmorgon där inte! För övrigt ett lyhört hotell ut till korridoren så att man störs av grannarna om de kommer hem sent eller går upp tidigt.

Pros:

Don't ever go there! Staff was very rude and unfriendly. We payed 4 nights but we stayed only 2. There were ants in the room and some other bugs in bed (4th floor)! Location is okay, but the building is like prison. Worst staff we have ever seen.

Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

This is the least friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. If we hadnt payed for four nights in advance we would have walked away. On arrival the clerk refused to believe we had a reservation and said they had never heard of hotels.com. She wouldnt call them and wouldnt let us use the phone to call toll-free. The only thing we got was "You go now!" After we finally got on skype and had hotels call them she grudgibgly accepted us. The next day there was no hot water and all we got was a shrug. Not a place to stay under any circumstances!
