Not getting the room I reserved and paid for.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely but the way I was treated was not. I specifically asked for and booked a king size room on the first floor due to medical issues. I paid for this room and received email confirmations for this exact kind of room. I checked in, dragged my luggage in, and opened to the door to the room to find that I was not given a king room but two queen beds. This may not seem like a big issue but I specifically asked for a king bed on the first floor due to medical issues that require this. I was neither contacted ahead of time to inform me of this change nornot told at check in that I was not given a king size bed

Great place, and location.
Pros:

Location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Cleanliness of rooms. Had umbrella,chairs and cooler to use at the beach. No parking fees.

Cons:

No breakfast, but didn't really matter.

Close to everything…downtown, ferries, train!

I would stay here again
Cons:

The mattress was too hard for me outside of that. It was the perfect spot to be in. We went to the Melody tent one night and then the next day we went to Nantucket really good area for shopping, restaurants, and getting to either the ferry or the Melody tent room was extraordinarily clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there’s no continental breakfast of any kind but there is coffee in the morning.

Great location for ferries and large comfortable room.
Pros:

Very handy for ferry, great sized room, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and quiet.

Cons:

It was all good. Like all US hotels we find the a/c quite noisy

It’s more of a motel than a hotel,disappointing.

Cons:

We have stayed here several times over the years but sadly it has gone downhill & lacks cleanliness ,if you look in bathroom & room in general there are cobwebs & bugs that haven’t been cleaned.Tan blanket on the bed looks like it needs to be laundered & the round green pillow on bed is all stained .Coffee machine looks like it’s never been cleaned so we didn’t use. The lady at check-in was friendly.No breakfast offered anymore .
