Honestly everything was great. The reason for the three star was because we spoke with the hotel staff prior to arrival to schedule our shuttle pick-up. Upon arrival at the airport it took us a little while to get our luggage (which was not our fault) and we did not receive a courtesy call to ask if we were still taking the shuttle, they just left us. We had a baby with us and we were exhausted. That is really the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, our stay was great. The uber they recommended us was amazing. So if you need to get around ask for

Clean, friendly staff. We ate at the restaurant; the food is good. We did not have time for the breakfast. They give you a ride you to the airport; a very friendly driver. I really recommend it.

We loved our stay here! The beds, pillows, and bedding were all high quality and comfortable. The continental breakfast was incredible, much better than what we'd anticipated. And every staff member we encountered - from check in, to room service, to IT support for the TV to airport shuttle -was helpful, friendly, and professional especially given our limited Spanish.

I like this hotel because it’s close to the airport and they have free shuttle services, you can ask them to take you to Silao down town for free, hotel’s courtesy, all employees are very friendly, I recommend 100% this hotel.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy. Shower worked well although the shower head adjustments were not the best but operational. Breakfast okay. Lots of coffee choices and when asked for tea provided.
