Excelente instalación muy mal administrada
Pros:

La amplitud y limpieza de la habitación. Materiales de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

NO CUENTA CON UTENSILIOS DE COCINA pese a que tiene hornallas eléctricas. Ni vasos, ni cubiertos, ni ollas o sartenes. Nada de nada. La solución que me dieron: podía COMPRAR ahí mismo alguna olla. Qué práctico. Difícil encontrar a alguien en recepción. Muy malos modos las tres recepcionistas que localicé. Poco interés en el pasajero. Una pena. No volvería a ningún hotel de esa cadena.

Pros:

Very clean! Easy to get to, felt cozy, good water pressure, and the staff were so kind. They also provided good restaurant suggestions that did not disappoint.

Cons:

Have zero complaints. No smoke smells or weird water stains.

Fill size fridge.

Cons:

I was told rooms were cleaned every 4 days. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Tuesday. Not one time was room cleaned. Half rolls of toilet paper. I had to go ask for more. No plastic spoons yet you sell soup. Front desk could care less. 1 person acted like they had spoons i& another said no. People hanging around front door drinking. People above us extremely loud. Why put kids on the 2md or 3rd floors? This is my 2nd stay. I wont be back. All places around were packed, now I know why.

Came for the kitchenette, left disappointed
Pros:

Clean and convenient. Each room has a kitchenette and it is pet friendly.

Cons:

Included a kitchenette but zero plates, cups, pans, utincils. But you could buy them in the store downstairs. For almost the same cost, I stayed at the hotel next door last year where those were provided free of charge.

You would think when specifically asked about the kitchenette, the front desk would have mentioned it was completely empty of useful items.

It was quite and clean.
Pros:

The check in and check out was quick

Cons:

There were no plates, pans, cups, bowls to cook with. It defeated the purpose of cooking food there at the hotel. We didn't get clean towels or asked if we need any.
