It was clean and provided a comfort place to stay.
It was next to the railroad tracks.
Property looked updated and not worn out. The staff were all friendly and helpful (mostly). There was 24/7 coffee innthe lobby, even had those delicious little flavored creamers. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathrooms were stocked witn towels and everything a person needed.
The room I started out in did not feel the cleanest. It had crusty substance on a couple spots on counter and desk. The room was clean per say, it just looked and felt like it was a rush job with out too much care or thought given. No kitchen utensils even though there was a kitchen. I found (a) bedbug aroung the midnight hour. Took the culprit down to the desk. The staffer promptly gave me a new room. My own feeling of interaction felt like the staffer was annoyed by me. I did not put up a fuss or ask for a refund, I was courteous. These things can happen anywhere. I didnt get chopped up... thank goodness. I just didnt sleep well at all as I kept checking the new room. The thought of bedbugs freaks a persons psyche up. I dont want to drag those into my own home, nor be bite. These bugs can happen at even the nicest of hotels! Train is right next to the hotel, if your on that side, can he a bit noisy. Hallway seemed noisy, but I didnt hear that same noise once into the room.
Great spot for long stays. Room was clean and comfortable, basics were all provided.

Clean, comfortable suite. Disappointed to find the kitchen was appliances only—no cookware or utensils. But we were glad to have a full-sized fridge with freezer, and the bed was comfy.
Rooms were spacious had a full refrigerator which was very convenient considering going out to eat and being able to put food in a normal size refrigerator you could cook , there's a stove plus there was a coffee pot.
Staff non molto cortese, ho chiesto di pulire la camera hanno detto che si fa ogni 4 giorni..... Ho dunque chiesto dopo dei asciugamani, quando ho suonato alla reception ho sentito dall ufficio un grande sospiro e è uscita dicendo what you need.....
Staff was very nice and I would definitely stay here again
