I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor. They say no charge for dogs on their website and charged me for my dog? Also despite carrying multiple heavy bags, several employees stood on their phones and watched without offering any assistance while coming and going.
The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom door frame was severely damaged and peeling, the shower drain was dirty, the chair and carpet had visible stains, and the walls were covered in scuffs and streaks. The view overlooked rooftop HVAC equipment instead of anything remotely pleasant.
The biggest frustration was getting ready for a friend’s wedding. The mirror light didn’t work, making it difficult to get ready on time. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been addressed before the room was assigned.
Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and the customer service was indifferent. For the price paid, I expected a clean, functional room and attentive staff, but unfortunately this stay fell well below expectations.
