Soggiorno in un vero castello

Soggiornare qui è come trascorrere qualche giorno in un piccolo castello: una struttura elegante, ricca di fascino e perfettamente immersa nell'atmosfera d'altri tempi

La camera è davvero enorme, arredata con gusto e dotata di una televisione di grandi dimensioni, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Anche le aree comuni meritano una menzione speciale: saloni raffinati, un biliardo a disposizione degli ospiti e un'ambientazione regale che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

La colazione è stata eccellente, con prodotti di qualità serviti in una sala elegante e di grande classe. All'esterno, la struttura è circondata da un bellissimo parco che regala tranquillità e una piacevole sensazione di pace.

Enjoyable time in sunny Scotland!
Pros:

The room was spacious and well maintained. Our flight was cancelled and we were delayed by one night - the manager on reception was really very helpful in a stressful situation. Great place, location and breakfast!

Breakfast fine highchair wasn’t suitable for baby in room no hot water during evening in sink and light kept flashing all during night on floor side of bed connected to internet (We think )overpriced for one evening no window on upper sleeping area baby never slept as very stuffy

Felt like a Princess. What a beautiful old mansion. Staff were lovely. The grounds are lovely to walk around.

ALtes schottlandtypisches aber großes Hotel mit etwas Personalmangel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön und preiswert. Bis in die Innenstadt in Elgin muss man ein paar Minuten laufen. Am Personal wird maximal gespart, eine einzige Person für die Bar und die Rezeption

es gibt leider keine Alternative in Elgin
Pros:

Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. (Das Bett sehr durchgelegen)

Cons:

Frühstück war leider ungeniessbar.

Der Hotelangestellte war nicht sehr hilfsbereit: Hat glücklich 5 Pfund Trinkgeld angenommen und hat einen dann selber das Gepäck hochtragen lassen.....

Die Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren manchmal, manchmal nicht - so dass wir ihn abends des öfteren rausklingeln mussten weil man nicht mehr in sein Zimmer kam.

Dusche in Badewanne - was für ältere Menschen gar nicht möglich wg Rutschgefahr und Höhe der Badewanne.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Really close to the city center too. The staff were excellent, so welcoming and friendly nothing was a problem to them. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

They weren't serving evening meals when we were there but they were more than willing to organise transportation and give recommendations for places to eat nearby.
