Property is well looked after and clean, it’s like a victorian old english vintage hotel. Nothing wrong with it, staff were really nice and lovely and helped me where needed.
N/A.
Clean and well located
No air con, pricy for what it was
Warm and friendly. Garden to sit outside. Had a carpark.
Bedroom was on road side, could head all the traffic.
Situation with parking. Room reasonably comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful and breakfast okish.
We have stayed 3 times over a month and allocated the same room. 1st time television didn't work but thought I was pressing the wrong buttons. 2nd time asked and staff tried to help ,then offered another which we declined as it meant repacking. 3rd stay asked about the tv ,told ok. No. Asked for another room, got there to find it not made up so had to stay withe the original. TV got mended as we were leaving.
The hotel could do with a deep clean and some refurbishment. Only ate dinner once not again.
Friendly and great pub
Great location, nice staff nice place to hang my hat
Not much good location and car park
Bedroom wasn't cleaned after first day waste bin not emptied beds not made bath and sink not cleaned. Booked for breakfast on Sunday went to restaurant tables were full of people and dirty crockery waited no staff went back to reception complained and went elsewhere to eat.
For the money being charged, service over our stay was completely below par.
It was in a central location on high street with private parking to the rear. The staff were very attentive and professional and changed our room to a ground floor room with no problems.
I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.
The property was clean, the staff were really friendly.
Unfortunately the property does not have AC so the room was very warm during the heat wave however this is not there fault
Lovely place central for everything
All good be good to get Ice machine fixed tho 😊
Parking very useful. Nice room. Lovely meal Saturday night in the courtyard. Staff very helpful.
