This hotel was good but did have some improvements that could be made. Very easy check-in, friendly staff, easy parking upon arrival. They were accommodating for special requests. The pool was a little cold and had too many chemicals, it burned the kids eyes. The floor in the room underneath the air conditioner was very wet. There were not enough towels or bedding for the pullout couch. The shower was either dirty or stained upon arrival, otherwise the room was clean. The staff gave my kids snacks and were very kind and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast - staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous - our room was very comfortable ( beds were extra comfy) and clean - the only negative that I have is there was no safety mat or guardrail in the shower - this would prevent your older guests from slipping and falling - overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - Thank you

Everything was amazing except for 2 things.
The Hot tub had been filled in and the pictures showed it had one.

also the curtains had a brown stain and were broken.

The staff was amazing, the beds soft and clean. The pool and free breakfast was nice.
