Categories

Cleanliness
9.9
Multiple guests repeatedly praised clean rooms and suites; many called the property 'very clean' or 'felt clean and new.'
Service
9.9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful with specific praise for 'Gerald'; some check-in delays and staff knowledge gaps noted but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.8
Location was called convenient and great (near Six Flags); several guests highlighted the location as a key positive.
Room Quality
9.6
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious (two-bedroom suite praised) and with well-equipped kitchen in some units; a few isolated issues (soft beds for one guest, a barely working toilet) noted.
Amenities
7.3
On-site amenities exist (pool, mini golf, table tennis, grill) but several guests reported problems: mini golf and table tennis were poorly supplied, pool small or over-chlorinated at times, occasional towel shortages.
Value for Money
6.8
Multiple guests felt the property was overpriced or 'not worth the price,' citing broken amenities and limited breakfast offerings as contributors to poor value perception.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast was the most frequent complaint: understaffed kitchen, items out early, limited choices (no vegan option for some), cold coffee and overall 'meh' reactions from several families.
Overall Experience
9.8
Most stays were described as pleasant, comfortable and likely repeatable despite consistent breakfast and some amenity issues; one serious safety-related no-check-in incident is an outlier but noted.

Great room, breakfast, and rest.
Pros:

The night manger was fantastic. Very caring ,compassionate and professional. He gave it the "this is home" feeling, especially with his warm and welcoming smile.

Cons:

My room was fine. But my son's room, I believe 234, had a strong cigarette smoke smell.
