Not worth the price. Would choose a Marriott in the future.

Front desk staff was pleasant

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. Out of items by 8:15. Kitchen Understaffed.
Long wait for someone at the desk at check in.
Mini golf had only one club and 2 balls
Pool was short on towels early in the morning (at opening).
Staff wasn’t aware that guest laundry was fully operational and only facility laundry was being worked on.

Hello Booking.com Support,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent reservation. The hotel has not responded to my call or in the chat, but I need this matter escalated because the situation I experienced was unsafe and I did not check in.
When I arrived at the property, there were many people standing outside displaying unpleasant and unsafe behavior. I did not feel comfortable getting out of my car or approaching the entrance. For my safety, I left immediately and did not check in or use the room at all.
Since I never checked in and the environment was unsafe, I am requesting that Booking.com review this case and assist with a full refund. Please escalate this to the appropriate team and advise on next steps.

A great spot, convenient to Six Flags.
Pros:

Felt clean and new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

Cons:

Amenities are plentiful and included mini golf and table tennis. However, my two teenagers tried out both and found the “mini golf” to consist of a tiny putting green, and the only ping pong ball they could find was already cracked and unusable. Ultimately, minor complaints about an otherwise lovely hotel.
