Get what you pay for!
Pros:

Location, walking distance to pier and CBD; sea views, friendly helpful staff. The pool. Strong espresso coffees in the cafe! Well-priced.

Cons:

No umbrellas or awning to avoid full sun poolside; weird glass partitioning in the room making it feel cramped; hard to locate light switches. “Courtyard” was bricked in area between room and pool, which also darkened the room. Upstairs room with views would have probably been better.

Nice place
Pros:

Nice place, nice view and staff members were nice.

Cons:

We booked for 6 people and it was supposed to have beds for all of us. However when we arrived there were only beds for 5 people and we were told that if we wanted another bed we would have to pay a fee. We weren't happy because we choose our hotels having in mind that we're a family of 6 and being told there would be a fee wasn't something we expected. Fortunately we were able to tell our situation to the manager and we got an extra bed with no charge.

Genuine Value with smiles! 😊
Pros:

Zen Quarter never disappoints! Always spotlessly clean, and a wonderful breakfast, served with genuine smiles. Great size apartments with every facility available, e.g. washing machine ,dryer, microwave, stovetop,tv ,iron , phone etc. With a large balcony this destination is great value for money, and the views are the best in Darwin in my opinion.
