Personalen var mycket bra.
So många i resturang so att personalen kunde inte hantera tillräckligt bra.
The pools and slides are fun for everyone, the children’s club is amazing lots of activities
The noisy adult entertainment going on to the early hours, location of our room meant we were kept awake most nights until 1am

The breakfast was ok but not very ok.
The resort has some positives but several drawbacks affected our stay.
The food was very repetitive, with too many Turkish specialties and limited standard international options. The desserts, however, were excellent.
We experienced quite a lot of pushy upselling — especially the beach photographer who takes pictures and then demands 8 euros each without warning, and massage staff constantly negotiating services.
The room looked much larger in the photos than in reality, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Worst of all, drunk guests shouted and played loud music between 2-3 AM almost every night, making sleep difficult.
Overall, disappointing due to the noise, hard beds, and aggressive sales tactics.
Personally I wouldn’t pay over a certain amount for it and the pictures from booking are looking way better than the complex looking in pictures.

There were bedbugs in the hotel and they bit me.
Ma reponse et la suivante des notre arrive en turquie aucune reception de transport n a ete a l aeroport malgre mon contacte par email aux services de l hotel vous informant en faisant ma resevation tout a ete regle y compris le transport aller et retour de l aeroport et c est ainsi que l hotel lui echape les points.
Pour le reste bonne continuation.
Le nettoyage des chambres et tres faible car j ai de l experience en tourisme pour le reste restauration sur tout le terrain de l hotel 10/10
