Pros:

The most important thing need to highlighting the place is hotel more than resort and below is more observations:
1- the suite view was terrible
2- the sounds of water and discharging system of toilets is hearable inside the bed room.
3- construction work done for the floor ( wall painting) while we are there caused bad smell especially for children
4- the variety of restaurants food item especially for dinner almost same every day.
5- The toilet of kids club is with no slippers.
6- the warm pool is crowded.
7- the reception team hospitality need to improve.

My booking was cancelled by the property which I found out in the hotel when arrived . I was abit shocked gave us one hour of uncertainty. Team was supportive and apologising and gave us upgrade for our room

70’s Butlins break in a Council Tower Block
Pros:

Patisserie in block G.

Cons:

Overcrowded with too few facilities for the number of guests, dining was like in a crowded greasy spoon cafe with the same basic menu everyday along with plenty of peeling paintwork and damp.
The “tower blocks” could be mistaken for a sink estate in Wigan with accumulated rubbish strewn around them.
We paid for a Deluxe Family Room which also had the obligatory peeling paintwork and cobwebs thrown in.
All in all a throwback to a 70’s Butlins break with more sun…

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Sehr wenig Auswahl! Lange stehendes Essen.

Cons:

Wände haben vibriert wegen eines Ventilators auf dem Dach. Sehr harte und unbequeme Betten. und vor allem das Bettsofa war Steinhart.

Last year was amazing, this year not good.
Pros:

Staff really nice, and on top of everything

Cons:

That you upgraded our room, we had already paid for an upgrade. I did say I didn't want the upgrade but you said you didn't have the room we booked. I tried twice at reception, the next day to get the room we booked. But I was just fobbed off. The coffee maker was a bit of a joke

Pros:

Klantvriendelijkheid. We waren onaangekondigd heel vroeg in het hotel. We mochten direct aansluiten bij het ontbijt. Na het ontbijt konden we heel vroeg om 10.00 al inchecken.
We kregen ook nog eens een gratis upgrade.
Top hotel, top personeel. Zeker een aanrader!
