Great holidays we didn't have enough.
Pros:

The hotel is in a busy area where you can Shop and have easy access to the center.
the ambiance is wonderful. best thing in this hotel is the food service there is a buffet working 24/7.

Cons:

you have to get out of the hotel, cross the road to get to the beach, by the way they have a free electric transportation, and the beach is private for the hotel with buffet and bar.
The food isn't that delicious. not bad but we had better in other occomodations.

Good place, but I would rather go to another hotel next time in Antalya
Pros:

The food was fresh with wide variety.. the staff were very friendly and polite, they were cleaning the tables quickly and attentive, plenty of food and drink stations.

Cons:

The weather was very hot and humid that made us not to enjoy the stay , I don’t recommend anyone to go to Antalya in summer, it was like you are living in pressure cooker…
We were in floor 7 .. and there were Ants in the room !! My kids were bitten every night by the ants, I spoke to the cleaning ladies but they didn’t understand what I was talking about…
In a tourist area, staff should be speaking English at least so people can communicate, majority of staff doesn’t speak English !!! Even guest relations staff , which is strange!!! I went to the guest relations to complain about something and the 2 persons started talking to each others in Turkish which was rude , cause I didn’t know of they were talking about me or what .. I asked them to speak in English so I know what is going on, especially the situation was a complaint I am making !!!

Everything, hotel was spotless staff was all excellent, food was brilliant,.peppermint was exceptional 👌.. all bar ataff was polite, cleaners was amazing. Booked again for October tjis year

Very disappointing stay.

We would not return to this hotel.

The minibar was filled only on the day of arrival. When we reported this to the reception, we were first told that the problem would be fixed. Later, we were told that the minibar is refilled every three days. However, even after three days, it was still empty and was never refilled during our stay.

There was not enough food in the restaurant. Guests had to stand in long queues while the chefs prepared more food, and the dishes disappeared immediately after they were served.

Finding a sunbed by the pool was almost impossible unless you reserved one around 6:00 a.m.

The bartenders were unfriendly. Every time we ordered a cocktail, they looked annoyed, as if serving guests was a burden.

The air conditioner in the small bedroom kept switching itself off, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The worst part was the hygiene. During lunch in the buffet restaurant, we saw cats using the flower pots next to the dining tables as a toilet. Seeing this in a dining area was shocking and completely unacceptable.

Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards expected from a five-star all-inclusive resort, and we would not recommend it.

I will never stay in this chain of hotel again.
Pros:

I felt like an animal waiting in long lines for food , no pool chairs available past 8am.

Food , service and location - Terrible.

Cons:

Not being able to find a seat during breakfast/lunch / dinner. Not enough food or chairs for the quantity of guests.
