Important information:

Guests are required to register at the reception with a valid personal certificate (ID cards for Chinese guests and passport for overseas guests). Check in with other person's identification is strictly prohibited. Guests under 16 years old without passports or ID cards are required to register with residential certification or birth certificate. Please issue an identity certificate at the hotel's local police station if none of the above certificate is available.

For breakfast, children under 3.3 foot dine for free; children between 3.6 feet and 4.3 feet dine with half price; children above 4.3 feet dine with full price.

Best experience in Xiamen
Pros:

It was an incredible experience staying at the Langham Xiamen Hotel. I have traveled to several countries and spend more than half the year in hotels, and I can assure you that the Langham Hotel Xiamen is one of the best. I spent my birthday at this hotel, and they surprised me with a cake and fruit in my room. The entire hotel staff is excellent, especially miss Pearl Cheng, the guest relations officer, she is so detail oriented . The room cleaning is 10/10. Sometimes we leave our rooms very late, and they still clean them. Mrs 侯年珍 makes us feel right at home. She is very kind. Finally, the breakfast is excellent and has a great variety. The Langham Hotel is highly recommended.

staff hardly speaks English. hotel only had a lobby bar, which was extremely cold because of airco. Not a cosy accomedation.

1、服務親切到位，尤其程琳& Selena二位小姐真心貼心用心，值得推薦，下次絕對還找他們。

完美的行政客房体验
Pros:

行政客房宽敞舒适，非常干净。淋浴、浴缸、卫生间、洗手盆的布局合理，使用起来很方便。客房服务员张芹芳提供了优秀的清洁打扫服务，大堂吧、行政酒廊、健身水疗的服务员都热情有礼。我去了两次健身房，有氧和各种力量练习的设备齐全。酒店在万达广场旁边，吃喝玩乐便利。这间酒店的体验物超所值，下次来厦门，它仍是我的首选。

Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

It’s already aged hotel that would need some renovations in the rooms. Also the amenities: pillows were having an “old sweat” smell. The rooms have no sound isolation from the outside, it was loud from the street all day long so that they even offer you ear plugs. As international chain hotel chain, would be nice that more stuff speak english. Breakfast looked like it has many options but was in fact basic: with poor choice of fresh fruits (there is such a variety that is possible!), poor choice of cold cuts etc.
