Tropical Enclave Hotel

Breakfast is not good. It doesn't have variety. Also hotel people take too much time if food is ordered

Very nice staff. straightforward ,polite and efficient. Room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee , water and towels. The roof top terrace is great. Interesting views but also high enough to get a much needed breeze. We were there on wed for their Jazz and poetry night which was quite fun. The food isn't cheap but it all tastes good. Breakfast is variable but ok

M experience was terrible, the refrigerator was not working and I saw 3 baby roaches inside the refrigerator and on the bathroom toilet and on the bathroom sink. I told them and the next morning they told me that they will terminating my room but unfortunately when I return to m room that evening I still saw another roach on the bathroom sink.

This hotel tucked away in a residential area and has nice modern furniture and fittings. The bed was very comfortable and staff helpful. What lets them down is the general smell of the rooms and the poor service in the restaurant.

Hôtel neuf dans le quartier OSU à Accra. Malheureusement très très mal positionné, dans une impasse non éclairé et loin de la rue principale d'Osu. Prévoir 10 minutes de marche à pied pour trouver un taxi. Bien repérer les lieux pour l'indiquer à votre taxi si vous ne vous pas rentrer à pied dans le noir. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix et beaucoup de petites mouches près des jus de fruits.(pas très propre). Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel pour un long séjour, une nuit ou deux maximum.

Point positif : jolie vue d'Accra depuis la terrasse encore en travaux.

We had a pleasant stay at the Tropical Enclave. Would have been a bit hard to find if we didn't have GPS. Hotels.com says it's a 1 star hotel, but compared to other Hotels in Ghana, it got to be a typing error of some kind. Clean room and bathroom, well maintained, nice restaurant/bar on the Roof and free transportiation to the airport. A bit pricey compared to the general price level in Ghana, but after some time in other less clean and maintained hotels, it was in my opinion worth the price. On the downside, the breakfast really left something to be desired. Would probably stay there again if I were to come back.

Vi bodde mitt i centrala Accra. Prisvärt hotell med restaurang, roof top bar och alla bekvämligheter. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och servicen utmärkt.

Vi anländenyåesafton och firade den på hotellets mysiga takterrass! Personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas, rummet var stort, svalt och kliniskt rent och området lugnt och tyst. Vi stortrivdes!

i love it

- room was spacy and clean.
- friendly but limited number of staffs, hence sometimes no one picked up calls to the reception/front
- although it is located within walking distance from Osu, the hotel is behind a small path, therefore I had a challange in finding taxi.

Best hotel in Accra really enjoyed my stay the workers are so friendly ready to helps at any cost will stay there again when visit ghana .
