Cons:

If you need a tax invoice for your accommodation, do not stay here.
This was a business trip, and I expected to receive a tax invoice after paying for the accommodation by card.
The gentleman at the reception promised to email it, but even after I followed up, they still haven't sent the payment receipt. I don't understand this; it looks like I’ll have to pay for it out of my own pocket.

Schöne Unterkunft am Bernsteinsee. Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Nach den wirklich schlechten Bewertungen in der letzten Zeit, war ich sehr skeptisch
Aber es war alles tipptopp!!!
Und wirklich sehr sauber

Wir haben hier eine Übernachtung gemeinsam mit Freunden gebucht, waren am Ende aber leider enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht.
Die schlechte Organisation zeigte sich schon vor der Anreise: Bei der Buchung wurde uns eine ausdrückliche Bestätigung für ein Zustellbett verweigert. Uns wurde lediglich gesagt, dass sich erst direkt beim Einchecken vor Ort entscheidet, ob ein Bett vorhanden ist – für eine verlässliche Reiseplanung mit Freunden absolut unglücklich.
Vor Ort verlief die Ankunft dann ähnlich holprig: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption teilte uns zunächst mit, dass es am nächsten Morgen leider kein Frühstück geben würde – obwohl wir dieses fest im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Erst nach einer mehrminütigen Diskussion hieß es dann plötzlich: „Okay, es gibt doch Frühstück.“ So ein Start ist unprofessionell und hinterlässt direkt ein schlechtes Gefühl.
Das Frühstück selbst war die Diskussion leider kaum wert: Für stolze 19,50 € pro Person gab es eine sehr magere Auswahl. Es gab überhaupt kein Brot in jeglicher Form – kein Schwarzbrot und nicht einmal Toastbrot, obwohl sogar ein Toaster bereitstand. Stattdessen wurden lediglich billige, aufgebackene Brötchen angeboten. Für diesen Preis erwarten wir deutlich mehr Qualität.
Zudem finden wir es als Hotelgäste nicht angemessen, dass zusätzlich 5 € Parkgebühr pro Tag verlangt werden – solche Extrakosten sollten bei den ohnehin schon hohen Zimmerpreisen inklusive sein. Die Zimmer selbst waren zwar in Ordnung, aber insgesamt für das gebotene Gesamtpaket und den mangelhaften Service schlichtweg zu teuer.
