Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotelzimmer. Edel. Schön. Sehr sauber. Der Bernsteinsee ist sicher ein schöner Ort für Familien mit Kindern im Sommer. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker, die Bewirtung freundlich. Im Sommer sich toll, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen.

Cons:

Der Checkin via Schlüsselbox wäre uns nicht gelungen, wenn die verantwortliche Dame nicht noch zufällig anwesend gewesen wäre. Der dazugehörige Display ist nämlich nicht zu lesen, da die Sonne drauf scheint/es einfach zu hell ist. Aber - wir hatten ja Glück. Am besten nicht zu spät anreisen.

Das Frühstück ist mit 15 Euro viel viel zu teuer.
Aufbackbrötchen, keine Rührei, die Wurst aus der Packung und der Käse sahen nicht ansprechend aus. Das Obst...ging gerade noch so. Keine Haferflocken, nur süsse Cornflakes. Als Joghurt hat man einfach ungekühlte Becher hingestellt...
Ich war sehr enttäuscht vom Frühstück, vor allem für das Geld...Da macht es die Kaffeemaschine, die wirklich gute Auswahl hatte auch nicht besser. Schade

das Früfstück war sehr reichhaltig, nettes Personal, das Restaurant ist abneds auch zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, direkt am See - tolle Lage. Das Komforthotel ist auch sehr modern, alles ordentlich und sauber.

Silvester mit Hund 🐕

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Hund gut geeignet an Silvester. Tolles Personal. Das Silvesterbuffet MIT Hund war mega!

Cons:

Zimmer in der dritten Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, kein Kühlschrank für Hundefutter, obwohl sich das Hotel als hundeaffin präsentiert. Sehr enttäuschend fand ich, dass mit einem Indoor fun Parcours für Hunde geworben wird und dieser dann geschlossen ist. Dies hätte man im Vorfeld kommunizieren sollen und nicht nur kostenpflichtige Zusatzangebote.
