The food and beverage team, lead by Bilal Hazar, are excellent.

The entertainment team were the most amazing, high energy and fun team that I have ever met on a holiday. Really made a fun holiday for our children. Special mention to Heaven, DomDom and Onur who went well out their way to encourage our children to join in with the pool games and crafts. Cannot praise them enough.
One of our party has a diabetic hypo at 2. 30am and we had no food in our room. I spoke to a chap at reception who made a call and a hot sandwich was delivered to our room within 10 minutes. I was only asking for crisps so above and beyond service and very much appreciated.
Billal Hazor is on hand every day for help with any queries ranging from dietary needs to local knowledge. He arranged a taxi to Marmaris centre at a reasonable rate and a free taxi to Ecmelor.
Spotlessly clean hotel, would definitely stay again.

Views stunning, service fantastic, special shout out to my man Faysal in the pine restaurant, looked after us every night, a true service professional! Food is really good, nice variety! Absolutely fantastic time away!!

The food is fantastic! The people are so welcoming and helpful! Manages and Hammam were great. Heaven the young entertainment lease was awesome 🙌🏾 she really took care of us dancing the night away! If you’re in Dalaman this is your spot!

Thank you to Necmettin and Nursah and all the other employees for making our experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel staff went the extra mile to look after us. I would 100% visit this hotel again. I recommend booking a sea view room the views are dreamy.

Back last Friday from a weeks holiday. Great time had with the missus.

Not all amendites open and hotel wasnt really occupied but the hotel did its best.

Please partake in the Entertainment games as the Hevin, Dom Dom and DJ try so hard. They are a great comedy trio.

The Al La Carte Chinese was lovely you should try it. Buffet is buffet standard so no complaints and drink menu limited.

The staff are so friendly and work so hard. The bar staff are quick serving but be aware the consistency in their cocktail making swings from Good to Very Bad.

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts.

Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5. One part of the room had 2 singles pushed together with the bathroom then there was a separate very large room with a large double and a single bed. The balcony was huge with beautiful sea views.

Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly. Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated.
The waterslides were open every day from 10.30 to 12.30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx). Great fun but be warned the water is freezing! The beach is great, only steps from the pool and with a beach bar too. The scenery surrounding the area is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. I would have spent way more time here if it wasn't for the fact the weather was a bit cold.

Food - We found the food to be of very hight standard. A good variety and always very fresh. Temperature was a little on the low side but that's to be expected with buffets. While we were there the hotel was very busy at the weekend due to it being a Turkish holiday but the standard of food remained high throughout.
The Tapas snack bar was our kids favourite, lovely fresh food throughout the day and being poolside it was just perfect.
We also ate at the Chinese and Turkish a la carte restaurants and both were great.

Staff - I really can't say enough about the staff here, they always went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A special thank you to Rachel in guest relations who went out of her way numerous times to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Overall we loved our holiday in Orka Lotus Beach and are looking to go back again soon. Despite it being at the very beginning of the season we certainly feel like we didnt miss out on anything, we love quieter times of the year anyway.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel, location, delicious food, great amenities, wonderful staff! (Meryem, and Dilek were great with our kids in the kids club) and Domdom, Havin, and Bugra were great in the evening events. Always had a smile and did their best to entertain even when the hotel was quiet. Great music from DJ Bugra night and day, honestly couldn’t be better. The room was spacious with the most stunning sea front view! Never felt tight even as a family of 4 in it. This might be subjective but loved the decor of the hotel, attention to detail and general modern vibe. Highly recommend.

Only note - and this is not related to the hotel - if you book an airport shuttle, the shuttle company will likely assign you a tour guide that will meet you in the lobby. Do NOT book anything with them. Again, not related to the hotel but just a heads up to anyone visiting.

Overall nothing negative to say, we loved it and will be back.

I have had an amazing time. Spectacular experience but the staff made it the best. I want to say that Serkan Altin was the best member of staff at Orka lotus beach. He is my best friend and I will remember him forever. Thank you to Singe, Mertcan, Cemal and Kemal. Best holiday ever

Still here on holiday, but what a beautiful hotel! I have to say a massive thank you to Emra and Hakan! Been to the blue bar and I have found my new favourite cocktail, Sorrel cocktail. So friendly and attentive, and his cocktails are delicious! 😋

One of the best if not the best hotel me and my partner have been to in icmeler/marmaris every one of the staff friendly and helpful rooms cleaned and mimi bar stocked everyday well worth the money and we have already booked to come back in july

Location was excellent away from the melee of Marmaris but within walking distance. Nice beach and good views. The sea was very calm and good for swimming and watersports. The foyer and main bar are modern and stylish. Accommodation however, is variable. Set out in blocks, our room although clean with good facilities had a garden view that consisted of muddy ground weeds and a large wall. Not a place you would sit out in . The wall let little natural light into the room. This combined with a clanking noise in the pipes all night meant we moved rooms . Another concrete block but at least natural light and a balcony overlooking a corridor. However not an issue as it was a clean comfortable room. I accept this was a last minute deal and we did get moved. As outdoors & sporty people we chose this hotel for the beach and gym. As well as a break from cooking. The gym was disgraceful full of broken machines and filthy despite bringing this to staff's attention on several occasions. This significantly impacted our plans.The water cooler was full of mould. No staff on hand an accident waiting to happen (partner thrown off running machine when it stopped randomly). I will end on a positive note though, the vast majority of the staff were lovely we had some good food and cocktails.

Staff, location, food

We had a really relaxing stay at this hotel and overall enjoyed our time there, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

We had originally paid extra for a partial sea view room, but on arrival were taken to a ground floor family room next to one of the pools. We were told this was an upgrade, though it felt like there had been a mix up at the hotel with the booking as there were celebratory chocolates for someone's birthday in the room. Thankfully, after speaking with the manager, we were moved to a sea view room on the top floor which was lovely and exactly what we’d hoped for.

The food was nice with plenty of choice, however it did become a little repetitive after a few days as the same dishes were put on every night and there was little change. The drink options were great, with branded alcohol included in the all-inclusive package which was a nice touch.

The hotel itself was clean and well presented, though some areas are starting to look a little tired and could use a touch up. The beach on the other hand was absolutely beautiful and really well maintained. We always managed to find a sunlounger there, which was much easier than around the busy pools. The entertainment staff by the pool were enthusiastic but at times their behaviour came across as a bit too much and occasionally inappropriate/creepy. The rest of the staff were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful.

The 24 hour all-inclusive drinks sound like a bonus, but it did mean that some guests were a bit rowdy late at night. We were woken every night around 3am by noisy neighbours and people shouting in the hallways, and although we reported it to reception the situation didn’t really improve. Despite that, we found the hotel to be in a great location, and we loved the friendly hotel cats who were clearly well cared for.

Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay! It’s a lovely hotel with a lot going for it, and with a few small improvements it could easily be excellent.
