La entrada al hotel, lobby, escaleras, pasillos... Todo es espectacular! La habitación era de buen tamaño y cómoda. El. Personal es amable y esta a distancia corta de la plaza de san marcos y también está cerca del vaporeto Rialto para ir y venir de la estación de tren, no es nada complejo. El desayuno buenísimo! Las chicas que atienden son muy muy amables y preparan un café súper rico, las opciones de comida muy completas!

Cons:

Me tocó la habitación roja y justo ese rojo oscurece mucho la habitación y es difícil abrir la ventana para recibir luz solar.

Pros:

The hotel is ideally located just a 5–7 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, yet tucked away on a quiet street, far from the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas.

The property is a beautiful historic palazzo, elegantly decorated with antique furniture and classic Venetian charm. If you would like to experience staying in a former Venetian palace and enjoy a touch of old-world luxury, this hotel offers excellent value for what it provides. It is certainly not inexpensive, but in our opinion, it is worth every euro.

The breakfast is very good, and the hotel’s cozy bar, open in the afternoon and evening, is a real highlight. The bartender is excellent, the selection of wines and cocktails is impressive, and the terrace provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Venice.

We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Venetian experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

We did not find any significant drawbacks during our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, making this one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had in Venice.

Pros:

La chambre était parfaite et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, sachant que la situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite suffisamment éloignée de l'hyper centre et toutefois proche de tout.

Cons:

Outre le plaisir d'avoir été dans votre hôtel et pris plaisir à y être, nous avons été quelque peu déçu par le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas vraiment à la hauteur de votre établissement,, jus de fruit industriels et non pressés, viennoiserie moyenne, quant à la salle du petit déjeuner était un peu décevante en terme de décoration pour cet ancien palais vénitien quant à l'accès à la terrasse elle n'était pas systématiquement proposée même par beau temps, sur nos 4 jours on nous y a donné accès qu'une seule fois.

Die Lage ist erstaunlich gut, und wir hatten auch das größte Zimmer mit einem hervorragenden Blick über die Dächer und die benachbarten Kanäle

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für deutschen Geschmack recht sparsam.
Die Rezeption ist nicht zu vergleichbar mit anderen Luxushotels in Venedig. Sie sind zwar freundlich, hören aber nicht zu. So hat der Transfer zurück zum Flughafen nicht geklappt. Zweimal nachfragen schriftlich bestätigen lassen, sonst ist man ohne Boot in Venedig aufgeschmissen.

Comfort Doppelzimmer war im Souterrain. Sehr dunkel. Eine Enttäuschung. Zimmerwechsel hätte 400€ gekostet. Frühstück nichts frisches. Für 4 Sterne sehr schlecht.
