Comfy and clean
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, I have stayed in many hotels and by far the nicest staff I have ever met. Room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Shampoo and body wash being the same not separate items. They were in one dispenser and hand wash was the exact same product aswell.

Mold in the shower. 1st floor room didn’t feel secure if the window was open. Price was more than it should have been based on the condition of the property.

Good experience overall
Pros:

The receptionist was one of the best I've ever encountered. Really made us feel welcome and valued.

Cons:

The breakfast staff were slightly rude and dismissive. Even asking for butter for our toast seemed like an imposition.

Comodo per una notte
Pros:

Hotel grande dotato di comodo parcheggio. Per fortuna l'hotel ha annesso un pub/ristorante altrimenti non saremmo riusciti a cenare (nel paese non c'è molto altro). Cibo nella media. Camera ok con due letti a una piazza e mezzo. Qualità della colazione servita buona, parecchie opzioni tra cui scegliere.

Cons:

Doccia walk in che allaga l'intero bagno, meglio mettere una porta. Moquette in camera. Cuscino e materasso un pò scomodi. Non ho trovato il phon in camera. La colazione è preparata sul momento; ci hanno messo 25 minuti a portarmi dei pancakes (buoni) nonostante la sala colazione fosse deserta. Invece a mio marito hanno sbagliato l'ordine e la sua colazione (un'omelette) è quindi arrivata dopo 40 minuti dall'ordinazione, quando io avevo già finito. Se dovete ripartire presto, sconsiglio di fare colazione in hotel.

Clean and comfortable but expensive for the dog
Pros:

Stopping point for us on part of a road trip round Ireland so location was ideal. Quiet and comfortable

Cons:

Charged €15 for our small dog who wasn’t allowed anywhere in the hotel other than the lobby. Either let the dog in for free or let us go in the bar with it. Just stayed in the room all evening so didn’t really see the hotel at all

A comfortable little treasure in the heart of Ireland

The hotel staff were very friendly and were able to meet all of our needs. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and were all very clean and tidy.
