Cons:

Abandoned. The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It belongs to the gym next door. It was new years in Vietnam and everything closed for 4 days including the gym/pool.

Place looks like abandoned. Nothing as it shows in the picture ( just like everything in Vietnam)

Cama cómoda
Pros:

La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda. El baño era espacioso y tenía ducha, es decir no pones perdido el baño de agua como en la mayoría de sitios del SEA. Personal amable pero sin más.

Cons:

La ubicación no es la mejor pero en grab llegas al centro de la ciudad rápidamente y al rededor del hotel hay restaurantes y supermercados. En booking ofrecen piscina, restaurante y gimnasio. Todo pertenece al gimnasio de al lado del hotel, el cual si quieres usar cuesta 10$ por día. La piscina si que es gratuita pero tienes que pedir una especie de cupón en la recepción del hotel para presentarlo en la recepción de la piscina y te dan una pulsera para poder disfrutarla pero no hay hamacas y casi sitio para estirarse, solo mesas del restaurante. Y la piscina cierra a las 5 pm. También pregunté el horario del restaurante en recepción del hotel, después de un rato que me comentaran que la piscina cierra tan temprano y me dijeron que de qué restaurante estaba hablando. Me quedé confusa y me dijeron que estaba cerrado. Luego entendí que estaba junto a la piscina y que no pertenece al hotel, pero vi los precios y eran elevados.

Staff were very freindly
Pros:

I booked this as i was landing at 2am and just wanted a room to get my head down. The grab taxi dropped me off in a complete different place and it took me over an hour of walking around at 3am to finaly find it. Thankfully veitnam is quite safe and the people are so freindly and helpfull. If this had happened in somewhere like colombia i might not have been alive to tell the tale. I think google maps needs to update the map because i also spoke to another guest who had the same problem. The apartment was fine could do with a lick of paint and a refurb but it was fine for me. The veiw from the windows and balcony were fantastic. And the staff were very freindy and helpfull. The pool is not part of the hotel there is a large high class gym just at the back and guests have free use of the pool, the pool was very nice clean and well run
