Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful. My airline lost my suitcase, and they kindly stayed after hours to receive it for me the next day. The hotel's location was excellent, and the restaurant recommendations they gave us were fantastic. I would happily stay here again.

Awesome accommodation and perfect location!
Pros:

Such a fantastic property. Excellent location and brilliant facilities. The staff were so helpful and it was easy to get around to all the major sites, plus close to the train station and far enough away to feel you were somewhere pretty and vibrant.

Cons:

There is nothing about this property that we didn’t like. Just fantastic!

Pros:

Staff fantastico, disponibilità e cortesia. Pulizia impeccabile e posizione davvero comoda per visitare la città.

Curerei un po' di più la pulizia dei tappeti oppure li toglierei del tutto.

Nice apartment, good location
Pros:

Spacious apartment, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Noise from trams outside apartment. Safe didn't work, even though we got the key. It would have been nice to have a smart TV that we could've watched eg. Netflix, as all stations were in Italian.

Pros:

Très bonne localisation avec le centre-ville accessible en une quinzaine de minutes de marche + métro et gare Torino Centrale à 5 minutes à pied.
Personnel aimable et de bons conseils, service bagagerie, climatisation dans les chambres qui sont spacieuses et propres

Cons:

La disponibilité limitée de la réception (à partir de 16h il n'y a plus personne...), absence de produits de toilette dans la salle de bain.
