Pros:

Although we arrived after the reception was closed fir the day , the communication from Gabriele was reassuring and first class. Even booked our tax for the following morning. Which put us in the right mood to enjoy the evening in Turino. The apartment was amazing. Would highly recommend for a short stop over or to enjoy for a longer break. Thank you.

Very good for the centre of Turin just for a weekend.
Pros:

Close to historical centre.

Cons:

The mattress was very hard, not comfortable to sleep on compared to other accommodations we have been.

Muito bom!
Pros:

Tudo no hotel é muito bom! A acomodação, a simpatia e receptividade dos funcionários. Fomos atendidos pelo Gabriel e, ao perceber que éramos brasileiros, fez questão de falar português.

A localização é excelente, dá pra fazer praticamente tudo a pé.

Cons:

A recepção só começa a funcionar às 9hs, então o check out só pode ser feito após esse horário, o que pode impactar a programação.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile a fornire consigli su locali, quartieri da frequentare ecc...
La camera disponeva di diversi comfort ed era ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare il check in in anticipo e lasciare i bagagli in reception l'ultimo giorno! Anche il palazzo è un bellissimo palazzo torinese.

Location and it was clean

Cons:

Difficult to find, layout of apartment is weird. Parking is not next to hotel but in a nearby carpark for 20 euros. The utensils and things for the kitchen and placed all over the apartment. Getting in after hours is complicated.

Struttura favolosa e antica ma tenuta benissimo e appena ristrutturata. Staff cordiale. Servizi top. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Hanno soddisfatto qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Dal cambio dei cuscini. Al ricevimento di pacchi ingombranti e sgombero poi dei cartoni. Davvero eccezionale in tutto

Geweldige plek om Turijn te ontdekken.
Pros:

Bij aankomst enthousiast ontvangen. Werd direct begeleid naar de parkeerplek achter de accommodatie. Had een appartement op de bovenste etage. Bereikbaar met lift. Flink appartement. Netjes, schoon, ruim en prima bedden. De locatie is geweldig om Turijn wandelend te verkennen/ontdekken. Tip: bezoek deze stad! Heerlijk!
