The location was ok, parking space was horrible! I felt very unsafe there!
We were on the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR! We had to take our suitcases all the way up there. The lights were not working in the hallway we couldn’t even see where to place the key to open the door to our room! The morning receptionist was very rude when I went downstairs to let her know that myself and my husband will be down shortly for breakfast, she complained that I should have let her know sooner because she has to go make more coffee and get more bread, I was not getting it for free I had to pay $18.00 per person. I gave her the money then she began saying that she needed more notice, I told her that my daughter went down to the reception area at 8:30pm to let them know we were going to have breakfast in the morning but, the reception are was closed. Then she said yes we closed at 8:00pm , how were we supposed to know this! Who runs a business in this manner? Needless to say I took my money back and drove to Two Hands restaurant! The service was excellent and the food was delicious at Two Hands restaurant!
Kahvaltı almadık. Odamız oldukça geniş ve caddeye bakan oldukça büyük bir terası ile terasta da oturma grubu vardı. Tren garına 1,5 km uzaklıkta. Yürüyerek de gayet rahat bir şekilde ulaşılabiliyor. Odamız, havlularımız ve çarşaflarımız gayet temizdi.
Check-in saat 20.00 de bitiyormuş. Geldiğimiz de maalesef recepsiyon ve otel kapıları kilitli ve kimselerde yoktu. Maalesef yarım saat odaya girmek için çabaladık. Telefon ile iletişime geçince, kapı şifresini ve oda anahtarının nereye bıraktıkları için mail atmışlar ancak bizim hatamız, maili kontrol etmediğimiz için yarım saat sıkıntı yaşadık. Maili açıp, baktıktan sonra giriş çıkışta problem yaşamadık. Ancak odamızın banyo ışığı temassızlık yaptığı için kendi kendine sönüyor ve tekrar yanmıyordu. Ertesi gün bunu resepsiyona iletmemize rağmen, gün içi düzeltilmemişti. Banyoyu telefon ışığı ile kullanabildik.

Nulla... soddisfatta!
Boravak u hotelu ispunio je očekivanja. Bilo je lijepo i čisto, soba ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Osoblje na recepciji bilo je vrlo ljubazno i pristupačno. Doručak je također bio pristojan, mali švedski stol, koji se nadopunjuje ako nešto nedostaje. Posebno bih pohvalio kruh, koji je bio preukusan. Lokacija je izvrsna, autobusna stanica je odmah ispred hotela, do centra Luzerna možete pješice doći za 15-20 minuta.
Parkiranje oko hotela dostupno je uz dodatnu naknadu od 12 CHF po danu, međutim, jako je uzak i malen i iskreno ne razumijem kako su se automobili mogli parkirati bočno jer nam je auto virio na pola prolaza, pa smo morali parkirati na ravnom parkiralištu. Također, kava je bila jedna od najgorih koje sam ikad pio, pa bih savjetovao zaposlenicima da nauče kako se pravi kava :D
Naša prijava bila je nakon 18:00 sati, kada je recepcija bila zatvorena, a u početnoj e-poruci je navedeno da ćemo dan prije dobiti upute za samostalnu prijavu, budući da recepcija u to vrijeme neće biti otvorena.
Nažalost, nikada nisam primio e-mail, ali Booking mi je poslao detaljne upute o ulasku u smještaj preko njihove platforme. Ne znam bi li ih uopće dobio da im se prvi nisam javio.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. Windows opening up was an added bonus as we could let in fresh air. The towels, water pressure, amenities (soap, shampoo, hair dryer) was good too. Mattresses were fairly comfortable. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful as soon as we arrived. She made sure we understood our access and what we can do. She also printed out a qr code for bus tickets and free wifi in Lucerne which was a HUGE bonus. No elevator in the bldg but it was a very minor inconvenience...only when checking in and out with lots of luggage. The young lady from China too was very courteous.
-Shower: Extremely small (3' X 3') incredibly tight space to shower. Plus the slider door had broken clips so it wouldn't shut all the way. Reported it to front desk but the guy said these are a common problem with these doors.
-No locks on bathroom doors...what the heck.
-No coffee maker in room....how pathetic. Their amenities section indicates a coffee area downstairs, but what they don't say is that you have to pay for coffee.
-Charged parking....it is your building, and no other cars in the lot...why charge for every step of the way. At least provide a plug for hybrid cars.
-Breakfast wasn't included...but the add on price was exorbitant CHF 18 for cereal and boiled eggs and yogurt....
In otto a Lucerna per il carnevale, siamo stati super felici di quest’hotel, vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per noi è stato molto ben posizionato. Tutto è andato a meraviglia grazie mille. Torneremo sicuramente.
