Pros:

It's near the bus stop, room was good

Cons:

There is no basic facilities like kettle over & toiletries . We booked a single room, but were allotted 2 different rooms, as there is no lift to climb 3 floors with luggage

Pros:

受付での対応がスムーズ。ルツェルンの中心地から徒歩20分程度、バス停が目の前にあるのでそれに乗れば５分でアクセス可。値段もお手頃。

Cons:

部屋の広さやアメニティ、設備は値段相応。冷蔵庫やエレベーターはなし。タオルも少なめ。広さは寝るだけなら満足です。

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt.
Fussleisten fallen ab, Die Toilette bricht aus der Wand, weswegen man schräg drauf sitzt und in der Dusche sind die Fugen verschimmelt.
Das Zimmer hat einen leichten nicht zuzuordnenden Geruch, der nicht schlimm ist, aber auch nicht normal sein sollte?
Einfach alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Wir haben 18 CHF pro Person für das Frühstück bezahlt. Im Vergleich zu den Schweizer Preisen würde ich sagen, es war akzeptabel, aber für diesen Preis erwartet man eigentlich eine gewisse Auswahl und Menge. Es gab zwei Sorten Fruchtsaft, beide waren schnell leer und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Außerdem gab es kaum Auswahl: nur etwa zwei Sorten Aufschnitt, gekochte Eier und ein paar Backwaren.Wir haben Milchkaffee bestellt, aber der war leider nicht gut. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, dass Gäste das Frühstück buchen, weil ich selbst mit gutem Willen nicht sagen kann, dass es sich lohnt.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gab es einen seltsamen Geruch, und die Fugen waren schimmelig. Wir waren im April dort, unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock, und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Im ganzen Treppenhaus war es sehr warm, genauso wie im Zimmer. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, im Sommer dort zu buchen, da es sehr heiß wird und es nirgends eine Klimaanlage gibt.Das Parken hat von einem Nachmittag bis zum Check-out am nächsten Tag 12 CHF gekostet, und für den Hund wurden 20 CHF pro Nacht berechnet – das finde ich etwas teuer.Es könnte im Hotelzimmer eine Minibar (ein kleiner Kühlschrank) geben, wenn es schon keine Klimaanlage gibt.Für eine Nacht kann man dort übernachten, das ist noch in Ordnung. Es war das günstigste Hotel, das wir gefunden haben, aber für mehrere Tage würde es nicht passen.

Het was leuk hotel op een leuk plek. Mooie ruime kamer met een leuk balkon. Met een mooie uitzicht.
Pros:

Het was netjes en we zijn goed begeleid ondanks dat we laat aankwamen.

Cons:

Het lamp van de douche deed het niet goed. Die ging steeds uit. Na het tandenpoetsen moest ik het aan doen en elke 2 min ging het weer uit.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique à côté de l'arrêt de bus, grande chambre pour 3, commerces dans les environs, chambre fonctionnelle. Bon prix par rapport aux autres logements lucernois.

Cons:

Pas de voilages pour la porte fenêtre de la chambre, obligé de tirer les rideaux occultants pour ne pas être vu de l'extérieur, portes de la douche qui ne fermaient pas complètement, avec moisissures dans les portes, problème d'électricité dans la salle de bains

Pros:

Personnel gentil et à l'écoute.
Bon emplacement, à côté d'un arrêt de bus sur la ligne principale de Lucerne et transports gratuits avec la "carte hôte" fournie par l'hôtel.

Cons:

Isolation phonique pas parfaite, mais peu de monde dans l'hôtel pendant notre séjour donc peu dérangeant pour nous.
Petits déjeuners un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé. Buffet très peu fourni.

Amazing staff. Good hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location right next to the bus stop from Lucern train station and next to bust stop for Mt. Pilatus. Rooms were good. Decent affordable breakfast and food options in hotel. Wonderful reception staff. They kept our luggage even after checkout so we could visit Mt. Pilatus. Very helpful.
