Horrible hell-hole "hotel" - you've been warned!
Pros:

Location is good. That's all "Hotel" Spatz has going for it. In the amenities description, it says sound proof walls. Not soundproof at all, we could hear people talking/walking on all sides, side to side and above/below. There was a large bug on the plastic covering the hallway/stairs floors. The remodeling was not mentioned and looked terrible. The refrigerator in our room had a neon red cross glowing all throughout the day and night. Also the fridge emitted even more heat in an already sweltering space. No AC and it's impossible to sleep. While they had a small fan in the room, it did little to nothing. Opening the windows exposed us to street noise and more heat. No elevator and when I asked, the snide desk clerk said "Not yet..." and did not offer to help us carry 2 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to literally anyone.

Cons:

No AC. Remodeling not disclosed. No elevator and no assistance. Rude front desk clerk. We disliked pretty much everything and would not recommend.

너무 더워서, 창문을 열면 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 힘들었다. 한쪽 침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 많이 나서 불편했다.

Top Lage, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Tolles, hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Kein Lift. Matratzen haben gute Qualität, für uns etwas zu weich.

Une pause idéale pour visiter Luzerne
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé près du centre, on peut remonter à pied vers le centre historique et les bâtiments à visiter en 15-20mn à pied ou 10 mn de bus, le bus est gratuit avec le pass tourisme offert via l'hôtel, l'arrêt est juste devant c'est impeccable. Nous avons pris l'option petit-déjeuner très bien il y avait du sucré et du salé. Personnel très accueillant, mention spéciale à Samer à l'accueil qui est juste adorable, gentil et de très bon conseil.

Cons:

Nous avons eu chaud pendant la nuit (canicule), les ventilateurs étaient très appréciés, toutefois un vrai système de ventilation au plafond ou la climatisation serait un plus.

Hardly slept as so uncomfortable
