Mixed messages on breakfast: check-in staff said we could decide in the morning after seeing the spread, but breakfast staff told us we had to book the night before.

Piccolo Hotel fuori dal centro!
Pros:

La posizione dell' hotel davanti alla fermata del bus è la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più.Nonostante la nostra camera affacci su una strada abbastanza trafficata con le finestre chiuse il rumore non ha dato fastidio. La gentilezza della receptionist,ci ha fornito utili consigli per la cena e il deposito bagagli dopo il check out.

Cons:

Il bagno è molto piccolo,la tenda della doccia ha bisogno di essere cambiata,tra le piastrelle muffa !
Non ci sono asciugamani ,solo teli bagni.
Il terzo letto è una poltrona-letto con il materasso sottile e scomodo.
La stanza è sprovvista di aria condizionata, c'è solo un ventilatore molto rumoroso e insufficiente specie nei mesi estivi!

Not happy
Pros:

Hotel location was good and having parking available was a plus, but a little expensive considering it was only very small parking spaces.
Hotel staff very helpful but should have 24 hour cover

Cons:

Selections of food for breakfast was very poor for the price paid.
Considering the cost of the hotel, I was disappointed there was no air-conditioning and no fans. It was over 30C in our room.
Wi Fi not working.

Die Zimmer waren unsauber, unter dem Bett wurde lange nicht mehr geputzt, die Lampe hat sich am letzten Kabel vestgehalten und das schlimmste war das verschimmelte Bad...
Frühstück was mir als Entschuldigung angeboten wurde, war eine Frachheit.. das Hotel sollte man schliessen und Kernsanieren. Der Schimmel ist eine gesundheitliche Gefährdung und müsste von den zuständigen Ämtern untersucht werden, denn trotz wissen über den Schimmel, werden die Zimmer vermietet und dem Personal ist es eigentlich egal.

Unprepared for heat value and low value for money
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great with the bus stop on the doorstep or a short walk into town.

Cons:

The hotel was not prepared for the heatwave. There was no air con, the windows didn't open properly to let in a breeze, and the room had no fridge or drinks facilities. I had the worst night sleep of my life when there were roadworks going on until 3am just outside the hotel, and the windows wouldn't shut so I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones in 30 degree heat.
My next hotel in Zurich prepared my room with an air conditioning unit, a fridge, and cold water bottles provided. Some lessons could be learnt there.
The other disappointment was the breakfast which wasn't very varied so you have the same thing each day.
Overall not great levels of comfort or facilities provided for my money.

Pros:

L’emplacement
On avait une jolie terrasse

Cons:

Le Check-in devait se faire à 15h, on nous informe qu’ils ont un problème avec le linge propre de la literie qui n’était toujours pas arrivé, qu’on devait attendre 2h et qu’on n’avait pas le droit d’accéder à la chambre. On a pris notre mal en patience alors qu’on venait directement de l’aéroport et qu’on était debout depuis 3h du matin. On est sorti se balader et on est revenu vers 20h: surprise la chambre n’était toujours pas prête!!!! Ils ont essayé de s’excuser mais c’était inacceptable. J’ai exigé d’accéder à la chambre au moins pour notre douche et nous changer en attendant la literie propre.
Le pire c’est que dès 20h30 des travaux ont commencé juste devant l’hôtel et ont continué jusqu’à 3h du matin.
Il faisait hyper chaud dans la chambre sans climatisation et déjà avec les fenêtres fermées le bruit était insupportable, alors ouvertes c’était encore pire, on avait le bruit du marteau piqueur directement dans la tête
On n’a pas pu dormir!!!!
Pour moi j’ai payé une nuit pour rien
NB: ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner en compensation mais ça ne compense pas la fatigue ni le désagrément de cette journée et nuit perdues
Le personnel était gentil mais ce n’était pas de leur ressort

Wonderful experience. Comfort. Clean. Bus stops next to hotel. Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel was just 1.5 Kms from Luzern train station. The hotel was neat and clean and exactly next to the bus stop which was very helpful for us and saved too much time travelling. The rooms were big enough and beds very much comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel if they have their base as Luzern. The staff was very kind, welcoming and spoke with the big smile. They were helpful and attended to our needs upon request.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about. But would appreciate if Fan or AC is installed as it becomes very hot in summer and sleeping at night in summer is pain.

Great location, spacious rooms and modern amenities. But wifi was too slow
Pros:

Check in was easy although we arrived around midnight. The reception team had emailed us all the details before hand. Didn't have any trouble accessing the room.
The room and especially the bathroom was very spacious, with plenty of windows in the room.
Location is great, easily accessible by bus from the train station and the city pass was very useful.

Cons:

The room was very hot when we entered it, understandable as it was 26 degrees that day, and being a ground floor room, they could not leave the windows ajar. However, a fan in the room would have made things a bit more comfortable.
The wifi was extremely slow and I couldn't run any apps on my phone with it, had to depend on my mobile data.
