Dicht bij het station en de stad.

Cons:

Geen facaliteiten. Daklozen rondom het hotel. Ontbijt minimaal. Een ongeinteresseerde vrouw die het ontbijt moest verzorgen.

Quase tudo. O hotel está impróprio para receber hóspedes, a casa de banho estava suja e ainda com lixo dos hóspedes anteriores, o duche é mau e sujo. As camas estão com os colchões obsoletos e deformados. Durante a noite ouve-se ruídos da canalização. Não tem de forma nenhuma 3 estrelas. Muito caro para o estado do quarto e da casa de banho. Tivemos de usar chinelos para poder tomar duche.

3 giorni al Moderno per il Nameless Festival
Pros:

In generale aveva una bella offerta per essere un tre stelle. Quindi sono stato bene nei tre giorni di alloggio. La colazione era abbondante, staff molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione vicino al centro di Lecco è ottima.

Cons:

Diciamo che sono piccolezze, ma la doccia del bagno era stretta per una persona della mia stazza ed era difficile entrarci. Penso che basterebbe cambiare il tipo di apertura per accedere alla doccia. E la finestra che dava su una terrazza sconosciuta (ed era una stanza senza balcone). Che basterebbe mettere delle sbarre (suona brutto ma penso che possa essere l'unica soluzione) solo per avere la sicurezza che lasciando aperta la finestra, nessuno possa intrufolarsi nella stanza da quella terrazza.

Expensive and disappointing
Pros:

Location is very good, steps away from the train station. Also really close to the city center and the lake. You have plenty of options of restaurants, bars etc.

Cons:

The price I paid for a few nights was not justified by the conditions of the room in general. The window frame was not working properly, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the AC unit needs maintenance, the minibar barely worked, stains on the wall, bad smells, etc.
The breakfast was not good either, not a lot of options.
