Great hotel, but WIFI access is annoying and shower switch is confusing.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Friendly staff. The pool is large and nice, with hot tub and sauna too.

Cons:

Needing an account for WIFI is bad. Feels like it is not an amenity, but I have to give up my info and get spam in order to get communication & info access (which is important when away from home and traveling). It wasted my vacation time to mess with account login and getting a code to have to type in, especially with limited devices on the road (and no email access yet!) to receive a code with.
The pictures of how to turn the confusing shower on should be placed in each bathroom, not just at the front desk (stated this a year ago, and no change). No one wants to go to the front desk once they are undressed and trying to get the shower going. Or the sign should be pointed out by the staff at check-in.

Pros:

Such a beautifully kept hotel! Nice pool area. Breakfast area was clean and food was yummy! Quiet, warm, welcoming! Staff - out of this world friendly! We will be back!

Disappointed with all of it
Pros:

The pool was nice to bad no kids .we signed up for a two room suit and promised care bages when check in nothing ready room was not worth the money when trying to correct wrong room for the other as we should have had staff was no help. Not worth coming back came down due to surgery the next morning impossible to relax in the hot tub full of kids

Cons:

Didn't have any blankets for sofa bed and whirlpool tub kept surging finally gave up our room was 325 on April 1
