This is a very nice and quiet place with a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes the overall experience enjoyable and comfortable.

I am a travel guide with a group of 9. When I checked in I asked if we can check out a day early from a 3 night booking. They said sure. Please inform staff in morning. When I asked in the morning they said Expedia has approve it. I did get approval from Expedia. They did not answer their phones so Expedia said they would get back to me. I checked out after two nights at 7 am. They informed me that they would refund if they got an email. So I had Expedia send them an email. Now they refuse to refund. They do not answer their phone lines. We tried over several days from our team and Expedia to call. One of guests even spoke personally with the manager who said they would refund when Expedia sends the email. He didn’t. Very unfortunate that they don’t stand by their word. We might of changed plans if we knew we could not get a refund. My next tour group I will find accommodations at a place I can trust. Dining staff was very nice. I have stayed in over 120 countries but when staff and management lie I can not continue to do business with them. I will be informing corporate as well about our situation. This happens unfortunately in many Muslim countries and Brazil. Gives Muslims a bad reputation. I don’t seem to find this type of behavior in western countries. Sad. Because I plan to bring more people to this area.

Arrived very early and they were able to accommodate me. They also kept the gym open late. Very flexible and everything in the room was as it should be :)

The facility is average, the pool was very small with no proper maintenance. Room and Gym was okey. Need improvement with service
Twitter waiter were execepotinnal Lama and another one don’t remember the name. Recption girl was really helpfull too

Over priced and bad service. I usually stay at another hotel nearby but they were full. The Hilton front desk staff needs better training. 3 times I requested water for my room and on the morning of checking out I get 3 bottles finally. I called the front desk for help taking down the luggage too and no one showed up. They all watched as I made 2 trips to my vehicle. For being twice as expensive as the holiday inn where I usually stay their staff is 2x less responsive. Internet keeps disconnecting too. Out of all the hotels in tabuk that I’ve used for my tour groups the holiday inn has the fastest. The Hilton has a smaller breakfast buffet and limited room service hours compared to other similar hotels. Again high price for mediocre service. Best to find another place to stay and book ahead another hotel.

It was very easy for us to get to the hotel, and the ample free parking was a plus! Concierge (Asfar Khan) and Front Desk were both very efficient in getting us settled. At around 3am, the guest next to us began talking very loudly on his phone. We called Front Desk and they sorted out the problem almost immediately. Very grateful for that!
I ticked breakfast with expedia but surprised hotel reception said no breakfast is included ... had to pay extra and hotel didnt provide me with invoice for the breakfast
