The room was big. Staff were friendly and helpful.
They allow people to smoke in the lobby. Had to change my room during my stay. Asked for a no smoking room. When I stepped in the room smelt terrible. When I asked they said some people smoke in non smoking rooms. they have to be strict on that. Smoking should only be in designated places

We stayed here for the 2019 World Police and Fire Games. The staff was VERY HELPFUL!! The dinner room staff went above and beyond especially Eddy and Adel. There is onsite laundry so you can wash your clothes. Their gym area could use a couple more pieces of equipment. There is no pool but they do have a SPA.
It is located right next door to a local shopping area. We actually bought hot food from the shopping mall and brought it back to the room. We had forgotten our cell phone adapter and they gave us one to use.
It was right next door to the market. The dinning room staff were GREAT. The gym needed more equipment.
