Perfectly located and amazingly spacious
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of three in 2016 and made wonderful memories, so returning as a family of four was especially meaningful to us in 2025, and Oakwood Incheon did not disappoint. We shared our story with Yuna at check-in, and she went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable once again. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another stay at Oakwood COEX to continue our trip in Seoul, which was equally wonderful. We highly recommend Oakwood Incheon and have already booked our stay again for this summer—we can’t wait to return to both locations.

Outstanding Hospitality at the Oakwood
Pros:

Bruno is a true Gem ! His concierge service was above and beyond anything I expected. Thoughtful, Proactive and always with a smile. He made navigating the area effortless. Five stars for Bruno alone !

Great hotel and location. Will definitely stay again
Pros:

We were checked in by Tommy, who was very helpful and nice with my 2 yr old. The hotel is very nice and clean, and I recommend the cafe on the 65th floor for the great views and a coffee. Our daughter loved the strawberry cake the kids room had good toys for our daughter as well, and an arcade machine for the older kids in our group. Will definitely stat here next time we need to go to Incheon early

정말 미친 뷰였어요 일몰 일출을 객실에서 모두 감상할수 있어 최고였습니다 여기는 뷰가 다했네요

Cons:

조식포함이라 되있는데 체크인을 할때 2인만 되고 남은 2인은 계산을 따로 해야한다더군요
좀 더 정확히 기재 바랍니다 누구나 보면 모두 포함 이라 생각할것 같아요 그게 좀 기분이 상했네요

I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and families and love to stay here again
Pros:

We love staying at the hotel very much they have everything that we want like a washing machine nice location we can just easily walk back and forth to buy groceries at the lotte mart and near to the halal restaurants but we also have complete set of cooking utensils in the kitchen easily to cook when ever we want the most thing i really like is that each of the bed room got its own toilet and shower so we don't have to go outside of the room to take shower like other apartment only the master bedroom got its own shower and toilets inside we also love to see the beautiful view from every side of the apartment we can see sun set and sun rise it was so so lovely

Cons:

All is good but if we can have the breakfast buffet until 1030 or 11 it will be much better for the children and if can we want to have english breakfast like baked bean harsh brown oats vegeterian fried rice

Cons:

沒有服務，很多服務都不是給普通顧客。例如往返機場的穿梭交通工具，不提供給顧客，但眼見有一些外籍人士他們可以享用。另外我們要專車往機場，前台員工卻只是叫我們要從36樓往地下一樓預約，這是什麼服務？要顧客親身去預約。沒有提供洗杯服務，每天也要我自己洗杯。
