Pros:

The room has a splendid view and is clean. The toilet was malfunctioning but the engineers arrived promptly and fixed it. Next to the park and Lotte mart. Love the location!

Convenient. Overpriced and definitely not a 5 star.
Pros:

It was conveniently located for Seoul airport.
The apartment rooms were big with great views.

Cons:

The attention to details was very poor for a 5 star hotel. The hot and cold taps worked the other way around, the USB and bedside charging ports didn’t work, the room numbers outside each room were grubby, the cleaning in the bathroom was poor and the towels were thin.

Cons:

체크인시 평소와 다른 방의 크기가 매우 작은 방으로 배정받아,데스크에 변경요청하여 변경하였습니다.
룸이 랜덤으로 배정될수 있으므로 체크인전에 확인하는것이 좋습니다.
