체크인시 평소와 다른 방의 크기가 매우 작은 방으로 배정받아,데스크에 변경요청하여 변경하였습니다.
룸이 랜덤으로 배정될수 있으므로 체크인전에 확인하는것이 좋습니다.

Perfectly located and amazingly spacious
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of three in 2016 and made wonderful memories, so returning as a family of four was especially meaningful to us in 2025, and Oakwood Incheon did not disappoint. We shared our story with Yuna at check-in, and she went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable once again. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another stay at Oakwood COEX to continue our trip in Seoul, which was equally wonderful. We highly recommend Oakwood Incheon and have already booked our stay again for this summer—we can’t wait to return to both locations.

Great hotel and location. Will definitely stay again
Pros:

We were checked in by Tommy, who was very helpful and nice with my 2 yr old. The hotel is very nice and clean, and I recommend the cafe on the 65th floor for the great views and a coffee. Our daughter loved the strawberry cake the kids room had good toys for our daughter as well, and an arcade machine for the older kids in our group. Will definitely stat here next time we need to go to Incheon early
