The stay was okay.
Unfortunately the Hotel doesn’t suit foreign tourists. Firstly it started with them not finding my reservation, ignored me for a while while checking other guests in. I asked about a vegetarian restaurant/ vegetarian food close by and the lady looked for 10 minutes only to tell me that there is only seafood on the island (not true, found veggie food myself). The receptionist recommended me a tour since I wanted to do island hopping. The tour costed 1.500.000, after talking with some locals I found out that this is way overpriced and ended up doing the island hopping myself for only a third of the cost. When I asked about vegetarian breakfast close by, I was recommended KFC and other fast food chains. In the end, generally not very helpful staff. They were kind but that’s it.

The service of the manager and the team is amazing. You really feel like they are ready to help you with every single request or problem and that’s the big point there.
Almost everything including the breakfast.
It happened that I booked during renovations, so I was not comfortable early part of the day.

Budget hotel as expected. Standard room, standard facility. The hotel is located in the city. We can find anything within reach.
The wastafel water disposal was blocked. I think it was broken, I can't even fix it. The woman receptionist was a bit fiercefull.
We got room no 207 and 208 with connecting door and balcony. At night you can easily to find street food like martabak, pukis, nasi goreng, satay, roti bakar. In the morning you can find nasi uduk, soto dan bubur ayam.
The telephone is broken
The location is in the middle of the town, so it's easy to find something to eat. The room is clean and comfortable enough to take a rest after a long day at the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
I don't like the bin in the bathroom. The size is just not right for a bathroom. It's too small. It's not because I have lots of rubbish, but it's just that in my opinion, that's the kind of bin we put in a car, or under a working desk, not in the bathroom. But of course it's not a big problem.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very good service. Very polite and quick service. Breakfast is good. They changed the menu daily. Room is small but clean. However, I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very noisy every night. They have karaoke on the 7th floor. Every floor hallway also has music that is too loud as well.
Lovely hotel in Belitung. I just there were more things nearby.
