The location and the convenience of getting he key which is left by the entrance of the porch
There was a constant noise on the 2nd floor with the hallway door. Sounds like it was been blown open and closed throughout the night.

Lift was out of order, we were on 3rd floor with 2 bikes they had said we could store in our room.

Located perfectly on the edge of the sea, and my room window was huge, with great views of the sea, the beach and the storm.
Unmanned hotels present a problem, like if you leave your room key in the room. Which I did. The carpets were dirty and needed a decent hoover. The room shower was hit and miss tbh, and nowhere to dry the towels. No breakfast, which obviously I knew about, but it still disappoints, for the money paid.
