Pros:

The food was really good, with lots of options and plenty to go around. The hotel itself is spacious, and since we visited just before the main season, it felt extra quiet and relaxed, which we really liked. The location was also great, and the spa facilities were a big highlight — definitely one of the best parts of the stay.

Cons:

There were a few things that took away from the experience. The hotel charges extra for quite a lot of things, like internet, which feels a bit unnecessary. Even when something was included via Booking.com, we still had to explain it multiple times. Also, they serve water in tiny plastic cups, which felt wasteful and a bit odd.
Communication was sometimes tricky, as not all staff spoke English well. It also seemed like the hotel mainly caters to Russian-speaking guests, which we didn’t know in advance and made things a bit less smooth for us.

В номере по крайней мере все было рабочее. Хороший кондиционер.

Cons:

Пытались заселить не в забронированы и соответственно оплаченный номер, а в номер ниже качеством. Пришлось требовать свой номер.
Кухня: вроде бы все есть, но приготовлено невкусно. Вместо масла маргарин, вместо молока суррогат непонятная водянистая жижа. И т.п.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Meer und bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders gefallen hat uns das All-Inclusive-Buffet. Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig, aber vollkommen ausreichend, und die Qualität der Speisen war gut. Ein schönes Extra war das tägliche Eis zwischen 15:00 und 16:00 Uhr.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir dem SPA-Team aussprechen. Tamara, Efe und Bilal haben uns mit ihren hervorragenden Massagen begeistert. Ebenso möchten wir uns herzlich bei Ozcan von der Anmeldung bedanken, der unsere Familie während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und aufmerksam betreut hat.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war das Fitnessstudio. Die Luftzirkulation war unzureichend, wodurch das Training teilweise unangenehm wurde. Zudem ist die Ausstattung recht einfach und entspricht nicht mehr ganz modernen Standards. Da es keine Fenster gibt, wirkt der Raum etwas beengt. Aus unserer Sicht besteht hier Renovierungs- und Modernisierungsbedarf.

Für einen spontanen Kurzurlaub war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut – das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter und eher einfach,

За все время нашего проживания еда была однообразная, без изысков. За неделю только 1 раз была рыба на гриле как и арбуз

Уборка территории, обслуживание персонала в ресторане и в лобби баре. Особо хочу отметить бармена - Мурата, за качественное и оперативное обслуживание!

Cons:

Уборка номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Везде пыль в комнате, в номере пыль протирали и пол мыли сами. Постельное белье которое должны менять 1 раз в 3 дня не меняли вообще за неделю нашего проживания.
Также хочу отметить женщину в очках старших лет сотрудницу отеля которая отвечает я так поняла за уборку, крайне негативное отношение к моему ребенку . Был момент когда мой ребенок коляской случайно толкнул кресло в котором она сидела в лобби отеля, выругалась на своем (турецком) языке и сердито посмотрела на моего ребенка . И так продолжалось часа полтора как сидела на своем месте недовольная так и сидела

Очень вежливый персонал. Уборка комнат была всегда. Рядом с гостиницей много сувенирных лавок. Рядом такси. Недалеко базар по средам. Очень короткий путь к морю.

Отель рекомендую! Цена и качество соответствует.
Pros:

Хороший отель за свои деньги.
Приятная, относительно не маленькая территория, большой бассейн, есть горки.
До пляжа 5 минут.
Отличное питание, команда и шеф стараются, вкусно. Рыба, мясо, все было всегда.
Вечером была развлекательная программа, хотя уже конец сезона.

Cons:

Местный алкоголь, но мы изначально это понимали.
Бронировала на букинг вид на бассейн, а по итогу заселили с видом на дорогу.

Очень понравился отдых. Еда была вкусная разнообразная. Детям понравилось. Большое спасибо ребятам официантам. Администрация очень лояльна. Цена соответствует услугам.

Cons:

Один парень из персонала был груб , выборочно относился , к гостям из России очень старался но почему-то к нам из Центральной Азии оказал грубое отношение. Считаю неприемлемым такое поведение. Плохо убирают туалет на пляже где женская сторона. В остальном модно сказать хорошо Берег чистый молодцы мальчики Туркмены.

Great value for money, staff work hard and relaxing stay overall.
Pros:

Great price, pool view, always sunbeds available, just a few usual idiots putting towels out then disappearing but I remove them these days so not a problem for me personally. There were lots of shops and a few bars and restaurants within a three minute walk. Come out of hotel, turn left then left again. This wasn’t made clear by other reviewers. Alternatively, turn right out of the hotel, a few shops and the beach within a few minutes.

We got the bus to antalaya one day, rather than pay for a tour, we got the bus direct from the bus stop near the hotel,only 3 euros each and a nice way to spend a rainy day. Coming back, we got the bus as far as Kemer, had a drink and browsed around the shops before catching the bus back to Camyuva.

We were the only English people all week, the rest were Russian, Ukraine and Finland that we knew of. Entertainment put on some nights, belly dancer, traditional Turkish dancing and a live singer,people could dance.
Male staff member on reception, spoke English and was always super helpful, thank you.
Staff worked hard topping up food in the restaurant, clearing tables, we never queued for food or waited for a table to be free or cleaned.
Pool towels available, room cleaned daily. Pool clean, they had a foam party one day which was fun and they served ice cream by the pool at 3pm each day which was really tasty.

Cons:

Personally, I didn’t like the gritty beach, but the water was warm even mid October.

We never heard an English voice the whole week. We enjoy our own company, but it would have been nice to just have someone to say hello to now and again. Bar staff struggled to understand us, we should have used Google translate in hind sight.

The attitude of some people waiting for the restaurant doors to open like they were starving - although this became amusing. People filling their tables with plates of food that they stock-piled and wasted annoyed me at times.
