Pros:

Хороший отель. Организовывают трансфер из аэропорта. Помогут организовать экскурсии, вызвать такси. Охотно отвечают на сообщения, поэтому все заранее можно спланировать. Находится немного вдалеке от центра, поэтому до основных локаций нужно добираться на такси. Хороший завтрак. Можно по адекватной цене поужинать в ресторане отеля. Номера огромные, очень хорошо продуманы и колоритно оформлены.

I had a very good and happy stay there. I loved it
Pros:

The breakfast was super nice

Cons:

Had requested for a late check-inn but staff knocked off earlier before l arrived. Check-inn process then delayed a bit because of that.

High professional receptionists!!!! and very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic but all the ladies at the reception were amazingly helpful and kind to us. They solved all of our requests!!!!!! We would definitely be back there!

Good place in Victoria Falls!
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room with good amenities including a mini-fridge, and very good breakfast

Cons:

Location is not ideal unless you have a car because it is far away from all attractions. My bathroom door was very squeaky. Bring earplugs unless you want to hear your neighbors’ TV. The balcony is not actually a balcony since all rooms are on the first floor. No 5 star hotel charge for towels; they do. I would say it is a solid 3 star hotel not 5.

מלון מעולה מיקום טוב יחסית קרוב להכל החדרים יפים ומרווחים
עדיף לוותר על הארוחת בוקר

ארוחת בוקר קצת דלה ולקח הרבה זמן עד שהאוכל הגיע
