The staff was nice and I had a good time with the tours I booked from them. Breakfast is ok, but you have to order everything you want, even butter is not there at the table - could be cultural. Room was clean and spacious, shower was good, we slept well. Price was high for us, but everything looks expensive in Zimbabwe. We used the app indrive, similar to Uber, to go to the city for 5usd (could be less if anyone accepts it)
The hotel needs some renovation. It is still good, and I like how quiet it is, but could be improved. Dinner there is convenient, but the fries were always soggy. It was OK as only option.
Our stay in Victoria Falls was truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our visit. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and their kindness felt genuine, which made a big difference to our overall experience.
The premises were excellent, peaceful, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind.

The AC was a bit noisy, I needed to use earplugs. The hotel was a bit further from the town centre, although it didn't bother me much as I don't mind walking.

Everything was bad in the hotel. We had to change rooms breakfast is very very nad
Rooms were quiet and super-clean! The outdoor sitting area and gardens were the best! Staff were cheery and welcoming. We got rooms next to each other without having to ask.
Breakfast is a bit on the sparse side; but then we were out early most days. So didnt feel it much. Warning - there are no shops etc nearby - so anything requires a trip to the town in a taxi. Taxis are easy to book though.
