Value for money stay!
Pros:

Rooms were quiet and super-clean! The outdoor sitting area and gardens were the best! Staff were cheery and welcoming. We got rooms next to each other without having to ask.

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit on the sparse side; but then we were out early most days. So didnt feel it much. Warning - there are no shops etc nearby - so anything requires a trip to the town in a taxi. Taxis are easy to book though.

Overall, a pleasant stay with great staff and facilities, but not quite a true 5-star experience.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the rooms were excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were also great: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

That said, I do feel that the 5-star rating might be a bit overrated. The pool area, for example, faces directly onto a room and a larger function space, which takes away from the sense of privacy and luxury one would typically expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, it didn’t quite match the standard I would associate with that level.

Additionally, when we asked the staff to arrange a taxi to a well-known restaurant, it would have been helpful if they had suggested making a reservation. When we arrived, the restaurant was fully booked, which was disappointing and could have been easily avoided with a bit more proactive guidance.

Pros:

Great grounds with lots of rooms, a bar and restaurant area. Price was good and rooms are nice and big all with outside seating. Food was good and freshly prepared. Staff very helpful and friendly, stored our bags so we could enjoy our last day before afternoon flight.

Good breakfast and accomodating staff and management.
Pros:

After a bumpy start the manager and her staff made the stay very pleasant and comfortable. They were friendly and very accommodating. The arrival and first night were avoidable and should not have happened if they where more tentative to the booking.

Cons:

Driver that was suggested by bookings did not pitch up. Bit better maintenance and tentativeness to their guests. Small gestures matters.
