I got the most deluxe suite so very nice
Pros:

wasn't much to walk to but close to town and taxi is available

Cons:

elaborate room which was very comfortable. Lack of plugs for cpap and charging cell phones but minor inconvenience.

Un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole
Pros:

Check in rapido. Camera molto ampia, pulita e confortevole con disponibilità di the, caffè, acqua e bollitore; dotata di televisore. Bagno sufficientemente grande, con doccia e vasca, privo però di sufficienti superfici di appoggio. Rumorosa la ventola di aerazione, se non altro funzionante (in molti hotel non va). Il lodge è dotata di guardiani e i cancelli vengono chiusi di notte per la sicurezza.

Cons:

La camera è stata resa disponibile, nel pomeriggio, con aria condizionata spenta, per cui è stato necessario mantenerla accesa tutta la notte per rinfrescare l'ambiente. Nulla da dire sulla colazione, non fruita perché gli orari degli impegni non lo hanno consentito. Il lodge, come tanti altri di Victoria Falls, è fuori mano, utile per soggiornare, ma non per andare altrove senza trasporto ad hoc. Sconsigliato uscire di notte perché segnalata la presenza di fauna selvatica (bufali ed altro).

I loved my stay. In particular the staff were outstanding. Welcoming, friendly and attentive.
Pros:

The breakfast was always consistently excellent and in particular the staff were very attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was wonderful and also the options were really good. I loved the fruit platter each day and my Omelette with delicious mushrooms and grilled tomato was a lovely touch and well prepared.

Cons:

I think a wider choice of breads would be good. And to add a plain natural yoghurt would also be a nice addition. Honey and other condiments would also be a welcome addition.

Fabulous!
Pros:

This was our 4th visit to Vic Falls Deluxe suites. With every visit we have been warmly welcomed and treated with world class hospitality. Our rooms have been clean, stylishly furnished and air cons in 100% working condition. Breakfast and dinners were delicious. Dumi, Alice and the rest of the team are just simply stunning and very helpful!

Ótima estadia contribuindo para boas memórias do Zimbábue.
Pros:

Ótima qualidade, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Um bom café da manhã e tudo muito limpo e organizado. Fechamos os passeios diretamente com ele e correu tudo bem.

Good experience and would come again!
Pros:

The property was neat and tidy and we were about 5-7 min away from the city centre by car. The property was also quiet and there were no disturbances.
Everything we needed was provided for and the staff cleaned our rooms, changed our towels and sheets each day we were there. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the food was good.

Cons:

One minor thing was there wasn’t a second chair (excluding the couch) in the room to sit on as it was the two of us if we wanted to sit together and eat jn the room. Overall, everything else was great!
