Pros:

We stayed 2 nights, booked superior double room with balcony. The room was big and adequate, bed side lamp provided on request. This place was probably 5* when it was built but not now, one can see the fading grandiose of it's earlier years but now fading, saying that the place is clean, room very adequate and reception staff welcoming, the ground of the hotel is well maintained. We found the catering a let down. One can definitely relax here for few days

Please provide full english breakfast like others in Vic falls. Traditional dishes should be available upon request. I suffered a lot at your play bcz of unavailability of traditional dishes

Pleasant quiet clean nice place to recover from a wrong long flight I knew up front it would be a taxi to get anywhere and it is priced accordingly

Il personale è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura si presenta ordinata, pulita e ben curata. La camera, pur essendo di dimensioni contenute, è accogliente, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.

Cons:

La posizione non è delle più comode per chi desidera raggiungere a piedi il centro o le principali attrazioni. Inoltre, le strade che circondano la struttura sono sterrate e poco illuminate, un aspetto che può rendere meno piacevoli gli spostamenti, soprattutto nelle ore serali. Nulla di particolarmente grave se si dispone di un'auto, ma è un dettaglio da tenere presente al momento della prenotazione.

Cons:

Did not live up to the name " Deluxe suites" - the rooms were neat, tidy, clean - BUT not anywhere near deluxe. My group all mentioned the disparity between the name of the hotel and the actuality!
