I enjoyed it and the highlight was being up graded because my room wasn't ready when I arrived

Rubbish bin and towels were left outside the room next door to mine overnight and was still there the following day.

It was a nice place to stay for a night.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, check in was great. Our room was clean.

Price was expensive but it must have been a busy time to stay as most places were booked out.

Room had a large stain on the floor which they had tried to clean and this made the room smell like cleaning fluid. No aircon in room and it was hot and humid. The bathroom window was huge and frosted but it felt like everyone could see you.

Pros:

easy check in, location.

Cons:

wifi was slow and dropped out, was only there for one night so couldn't be bothered talking to anyone, also the sky tv was on the blitz. not sure if this was the area or an issue with the system.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
Very close to the beach and ariund the corner from SH 6, so easy access to everyting

Cons:

My room was facing the beach (north) , and so it got very hot during the day. I learned not to leave the curtains open.
There are a lot of rooms located on the second floor and there is no elevator, this was not known in advance
There was a counter I could sit by and eat, but the chair was very low compared to the counter height and it was uncomfortable

Pros:

It's very handy for a one night stop. Nice clean, warm pool and ample towels. Friendly reception who offered me milk on arrival.

Cons:

The downstairs rooms give straight out onto a carpark. There is no view and feels a bit overlooked by arrivals. Noisy motorbikes.

Pros:

Great location, bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was fantastic in the morning, good selection of food. The lady had great attention to detail. Staff were very lovely. The pool looked nice and clean. Sky tv excellent. Great selection of coffees and teas etc...

Cons:

There were no spare blankets in the cupboards. We had a booking of 3 with my partner, son and I. It was stated. Son slept on a couch bed but there were no blankets to make the bed for him. So had to use some from our bed. The shower also leaked, causing alot of water to be splashed outside all over the bathroom. Also the room said there would be air conditioning and there wasn't. Was just a fan.

Fantastic value for families! Clean, comfortable rooms, genuinely friendly staff, and a great pool the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Great location, close to the beach and fun park, with excellent family dining options nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Huge thanks to the amazing team!

The room was hot, no air conditioning, and nowhere to sit outside and enjoy a drink or meal.
Cockroaches in the room.
Parking also problematic. No allocated parking.
