Nice and warm
Shower floor somewaht uneven

Room was great , had everything we needed for 2 nights, good parking spaces, wifi, comfortable beds, spa bath, had full sky tv which was great for the kids at night time/morning. Nice big windows, plenty of blankets/pillows
The bathroom could use some doing up, the shower drain was broken so had to remove the cover to let water drain, shower plastic around the doors were yellow and damaged and the floor had the starts of cracks and the mixer was very touchy for hot/warm/cold we just had to use it on full hot or it was just luke warm. 1 jet in the bath was broken as well.
Great location and price
The location to the beach was awesome. It was handy to eating places and central to the city and surrounding suburbs.
We found it a little bit noisy - possibly due to where our unit was situated- voices of people talking outside seem to carry Our unit was upstairs and comfortable,but we felt a bit exposed. People were able to see in our windows from the ground plus from adjacent units. We did have some concern about lack of security latches on the windows.
The pool
Good location.
Carpet was badly stained and worn, desperately needs to be changed. Toilet set was broken and not fixed in place. Shower head is broken and would keep falling down. Shower drain appeared blocked as it would drain very slowly. The whole room needs renovation. Washing machine would error half way through that cycle and left me having to rerun it twice, still leaving some laundry powder on the clothes, staff weren’t to helpful about this.
It was a really impressive and very comfortable place to stay. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed throughout our visit.
The location was also excellent — within walking distance to Tahunanui Beach and nearby attractions such as Natureland Wildlife Trust. The friendly atmosphere and convenience made the experience even better.
We would definitely book this place again without any hesitation whenever we visit Nelson in the future.
