TV doesn’t work and had spit marks on it and not clean

No hot water it was turned off

Smooth tiles in bathroom and slippy when wet. Slip and fall defo

No hall lights at night Very dangerous for guests

Shower curtain is black with mould

Exposed electrical points

Broken furniture

Night staff sleep with hotel main entrance open

Laundry service extort charge per items not by kg

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. I wouldn’t stay there for free. The moldy stench is everywhere. So happy that we stayed only 2 days.

Outrageous

The "Adina" Hotel in Da Nang is a disaster, and we would warn every customer not to book there! We made an online booking through Agoda and received a booking confirmation!! When we arrived at the hotel, we were simply told that there were no rooms available; the hotel was fully booked! We checked directly on three different online booking portals, and all three reported that there were still rooms available, but they were more expensive! Even though we had a booking confirmation, we were simply turned away! The reason is probably that our rooms were a special offer from Agoda. These rooms were apparently given to customers who wanted to pay more. After that, only significantly more expensive rooms were available, but they refused to give them to us. So they are lying to us! After some discussion, we wanted to speak to the manager and were only told "there is no manager"! The entire time, this person named "Sam" (if that's not a lie too) treated us with an arrogance, ignorance, indifference, and unfriendliness we've never experienced before! She lied to us directly and then simply ignored us, didn't even look at us, and didn't answer any of our questions! No apology, no suggested solution, just pure arrogance! This is not how you can and should treat customers! Instead, after an eight-hour drive, we were kicked out of the hotel on Friday afternoon! If the manager (who doesn't exist) reads this review anyway, I can only strongly urge that this person be fired immediately, because it's simply damaging to business! A hotel with such business policies and such employees should be immediately deleted from all online booking systems so that more customers aren't lied to and cheated!!

These pictures they have up are from when the hotel must have opened up, the rooms need a major renovation and so does the bathroom, the a/c didn’t work in my room it was so hot, went to breakfast at 7am and almost all the food was gone and staff not putting out new food, the only good thing about this hotel is the location and the staff was the best trying to accommodate for poor shape this hotel was in, to the owner of this hotel stop being cheap and renovate your hotel. Soon no one will want to stay here, there is many other nicer hotels in the area for the same price

When you see all the pictures you think you are going to get an amazing room. Unfortunately I got a box room right at the back of the hotel. I was told straight away that I would not get housekeeping as I was only there for 4 days. I had to beg the maid for a new toilet roll which she reluctantly gave me. Apart from one lady on reception most of the staff were not so much unfriendly but cold.The hotel looks amazing from the outside and from the pictures in their advertising. I would definitely give this hotel a ‘thumbs down’

We’ve been traveling for a year, usually staying in much more budget-friendly hotels, and yet they’ve all been infinitely cleaner and better maintained than this one. This is the first time we’ve ever experienced something like this! We adapt to everything—we’ve slept in the jungle, in the mountains, on the floor, in very cheap hotels—and never, NEVER have we had this problem!

They changed our room three times, and each was worse than the last. In the final one, they told us they would "clean" all the disgusting mess... and what did they do? Someone came in with a broom, just moved the dirt around, and instead of dust under the bed, we ended up with chunks of dirt all over the room. Behind the toilet? Full of filth and rotting tissues. The other rooms we saw? Broken lamps, torn sheets, cracked furniture... a complete disaster. We’re attaching pictures so you can see for yourselves!

And the issue isn’t just the rooms—the elevator, lobby, everything is filthy! It looks like they just do a quick, superficial wipe, and even that is poorly done.

The only good thing? The pillowcases and sheets are clean. Thank God for that, at least!

To top it off, we’re stuck here. After fighting to leave, we realized there’s no way to cancel, no refund, no way out. You’re forced to stay, whether you like it or not.

We came here as a little treat, expecting a nicer hotel, and this is what we got? Such a lack of respect, and to make it worse, they even get angry when you complain! Unbelievable.

This property is an absolute rundown place.
Most of the things don’t work in the room. This is the list of things that was not working and in bad condition
Power sockets
No bed lamps
Bidet broken and lies in the floor
Has not shower screen on the bathtub. When you take shower the whole bathroom gets flooded
Curtain on the city view broken
A/c hardly cools down the room. So a fan has been provided to overcome this issue
Bathroom cleanliness is appallingly. Mould all around the wash basin
The bath towels had huge holes in them
Bathmat on the floor is basically a rag they use for wiping down the floor
Draws on the vanity needs to be shaken well before you open
Beds are rock hard. Had to go to back massage every second day to conquer the next day
My son used the lobby bathroom after we checked out and the bidet broke and just before we left to airport, he was soaking wet.
The whole toilet had puddles of water and urine mixed in it and stinking.
The downlight in our room was flickering and never got fixed after raising it with reception.
Breakfast buffet, no western selection of food is available other than choice of eggs.
The buffet starts with a cleaning trolley with dirty plates and rubbish while you have food next to it.

Was out worst stay ever. Don’t stay here if you want a decent place. We were there for 5 nights. Could not checkout as most of other hotels were full when we tried to book elsewhere

When we arrived, the bathroom in the room was leaking. The next day they just cleaned it and it continued to leak. We requested a room change, with no response. There was no air conditioning in the common areas. They did not clean the room and did not make the bed properly. We were asked to leave the room so that the cleaning could be carried out.

I stayed here the pictures on the site does not match the real room... I got bit by beg bugs!!!! The room was infested I saw a rat for the free breakfast and my wife got sick from the breakfast because the food was old and spoiled... The room and hotel is old and ran down... I tried to get my money back because I paid cash because the hotel wanted to charge me a 5% charge to pay with my credit card... When I told the manager that I wanted my money back she text me threatening me like a gangster... She refused to refund my money and stated arguing with me the customer... Now my home is infested with BED BUGS FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL... It's over priced for the same price you can stay in a new condo on the beach... This hotel is 2 miles from the beach...

The property was a little dated but it was located in a very convenient area close to everything easy access to dining to shopping also to the staff was very helpful very friendly very kind the place was very clean
