Great clean apartment, friendly staff, will stay again!

With the exception of the lovely lady in reception and the location, staying here destroyed my holiday so much that I changed my flight and came home early.

The young barman treated me appallingly; I paid for breakfast with my booking and had the same breakfast everyday - cappuccino, orange juice and eggs on toast - (Do not book with breakfast). From Monday to Wednesday my cappuccino with my breakfast was free there was no charge. Suddenly, Thursday he charged me £4:50 and Friday he chased me down at the pool saying, ‘I think you forgot to pay’. I was so embarrassed and mortified that I paid £4:50 again despite paying for my breakfast when booking.

As a solo traveller, I had enough and decided I didn’t care if I had to get a plane, bus and train to go collect my car, I was not staying a second longer; this is what I had to do as I flew back in to a different airport.

I would not recommend this place to anyone - it is the worst place I have ever stayed and has totally destroyed my holiday!

One small issue, when having a shower it takes an age for hot water to cone through. Other than that... perfect. Great, clean apartments, good food, lovely pool, close to the town. The staff,especially the barman who delivered our takeaway food from the bar every evening are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great location and extremely well maintained accommodation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here- never fails. Tried to accommodate our room request. Such a clean tidy room, lovely pool bar with great food and drinks!

Stayed here for a girls holiday, it was great fun and basically everyone in the hotel was late teens or 20s and was there to party. It’s close to the Napa strip and all of the night life which is ideal.

Only negative would be that the aircon is paid for separately when you get there and is applied to 1 room (either bedroom or living room area) in 40° heat it would be nice to have aircon everywhere as it was hotter inside than outside without it.

Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do ulicy z klubami. Na przeciwko naszego miejsca do spania był Gyros i inne knajpy. Blisko do marketu. Ogólnie super.

Stayed here in a two bedroom apartment, three adults and two children. We found it to be lovely, clean and spacious. Cleaners came regularly. There's a decent size swimming pool. Although we didn't eat here food is available at the bar next to the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is on a small hill, it's a short 15 minute walk to the shops/restaurants which was never a problem. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel , our room was very modern, and really comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived
The location couldn’t be better , just a short walk from the centre of Ayia Napa, close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The pool area was super clean, with plenty of sunbeds and a really nice atmosphere.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning.
Overall, everything felt well taken care of and very well managed.

Stayed in October had a great room with pool view. Lovely room everything you need. Cleaners work really hard lots of clean towels and lady on reception very nice and helpful. The hotel is on top of a hill but located five minutes from square main beaches twenty minutes away can get very crowded. Some nice restaurants close by hungry horse is a must also the steak house and Mexican. Julia and her husband on the bar are lovely and very friendly not too keen on the barman on the night who was very unfriendly on our first night so didn’t use the bar at night. Great holiday and would recommend this hotel and will be back.
