Non mi è piaciuto niente perché la prenotazione di primo accettata e confermata., al nostro arrivo alle 2 di notte con 23 gradi sotto zero, alla reception ci hanno detto che le camere erano finite, e quindi siamo rientrati in areoporto per un appoggio durante la notte....dopo circa mezz'ora è arrivato il messaggio di over booking....Adesso faremo domanda di rimborso. Una pessima gestione delle prenotazioni.

Pros:

A soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Rovaniemi, struttura un po’ datata ma personale gentile e colazione abbondante a buffet. Potrebbe essere più pulita ma lo abbiamo fatto notare e hanno sistemato subito. Adatta a famiglie.

Cons:

Un po’ datata e forse troppo costosa per quello che offre (3 notti una tripla 900€ circa con colazione) ma a Rovaniemi un po’ tutto ha prezzi esagerati

Sijainti hyvä ja paikat ok

Cons:

Ulkomaan turistit tulivat puolen yön jälkeen hotelliin ja meteli oli aivan kamala. Hotellin sisäseinät ohuet ja kaikki äänet kuuluvat seinien läpi. Lisäksi turistit eivät paljon piittaa muista hotellin asukkaista. Eipä siinä sitten enää paljoa nukuttu! Suosittelen hotellin henkilökuntaa kertomaan hotellin vieraille, että pidetään hiljaisuutta 22.00-6.00 välisenä aikana.
