The bed was very comfortable, the shower was wonderful. All the staff were excellent

Quiet atmosphere, great location and excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and quiet, ideal for good night rest after some intense hike. Perfectly located in the town’s main street (where all the restaurants and shops are concentrated).
Above all, I really appreciate the staff! All of them were so nice and attentive. One day I got a flue and the staff was so much caring and looking after me, they even brought me some food at the room as I wasn’t able to go to the breakfast.

People who work there do not care about guests
Pros:

The hotel is good but some people who work there are extremely not helpful and rude. They seem very annoyed when you ask them a question or need something. My room was cold and the front desk was annoyed for me asking for a heater. The other lady Romona at the breakfast took 5 business days to bring mayonase. I asked her if she could please bring one. She brought it at the end of my meal when i was eating dessert. I came up to her to remind her thinking she forgot she said im busy and was laughing with her other coworker.

Hôtel bien situé mais sans beaucoup de charme pour le prix pratiqué
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé dans la rue principale.
Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Salle de bain de bonne taille avec une grande douche italienne

Cons:

Petit déjeuner en dessous de la moyenne avec un mauvais café et un très mauvais jus d'orange industriel.
Chambre un peu vieillotte et manquant de charme par rapport au prix pratiqué.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Huge breakfast and delicious onsite restaurant. Great location in the middle of town. Clean, large rooms with ameneties. Highly recommend if you go to El Chalten!

Amazing stay, we highly recommend.
Pros:

We loved everything, from the staff to the room.
The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to restaurants and hiking trails.

Cons:

Insulation of the rooms could be better.
The coffee available in the room is not great.

The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was very comfortable with a variety of different pillows. A beautiful view in the breakfast room. Friendly staff.

The water temperature was not warm enough.

Buen hotel pero que no le den la habitación 105..ninguna que termine en 5

Habitaciones y baño amplias personal de recepción muy amables

Reservamos 2 habitaciones
La habitación 105 no la recomiendo para nada...pegada al ascensor..ruido cada vez q lo usan ....oscura pues está en la primera planta...sin nada de vista y expuesta a la calle
