There was a person outside during night constantly blowing horn, laying in horn! Everyone reported him! It was handled! It was actually hilarious to my grandchildren! No problem!

Pros:

Checking in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and ready when I arrived. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival by the staff. The next morning breakfast was provided with a wide range of food and coffee options. Checking out was quick and easy and I left with a print out of expenses.

Had to shower in different room but otherwise super clean, comfortable w friendly staff

Undergoing reno , but hotel was pretty much spotless. Staff friendly

Cons:

Non working shower nor any hot water at sink. Had to take toiletries/change of clothing etc next door to get cleaned up. 2 diff ppl asked me if thats all we were using in the room. Um. Yes its 10 am and we are trying to pack up to leave town
