Had to shower in different room but otherwise super clean, comfortable w friendly staff
Pros:

Undergoing reno , but hotel was pretty much spotless. Staff friendly

Cons:

Non working shower nor any hot water at sink. Had to take toiletries/change of clothing etc next door to get cleaned up. 2 diff ppl asked me if thats all we were using in the room. Um. Yes its 10 am and we are trying to pack up to leave town

Pros:

Location was excellent as far as walking distance to restaurants and right off the highway. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Renovations smell. And the breakfast food, omelet, could be better. The pool water is a little too cold.

Cons:

Even after more than a month, they are still unable to send me the invoice. They constantly make excuses and tell me to ask Booking for the invoice instead. A catastrophic approach and communication.

Pros:

I have stayed at Hampton Inn in Lavonia on several occasions. I always find the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. My room is always clean and ha plenty of towels. Will always stay there when I make a trip to Lavonia.
