Front desk staff was great but there was a maintenance worker who barged into our room to ask us about our remote. He lacked boundaries and adequate communication skills.

I'm very disappointed.
Cons:

The air conditioner was very loud and it kept waking me up throughout the night. There was definitely another persons hair all over the bathroom floor.

Room 321 has an issue with their heating and cooling unit. It kept going in between the heating and cooling settings making it uncomfortable

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay the room was clean and smelled fresh. The sleeping area and restroom was tidy and stocked. The staff I spoke to was pleasant and welcoming and super helpful when I asked for accommodations.

Cons:

I did have to get extra towels for the room and the canned soda was out of stock the whole time I was there. The coffee supplies in the room were definitely something to be desired as I attempted to make my morning cup it was so harsh and only a single sugar to add I just dumped it out. Also it's very petty to charge for bottled water in a hotel such as this one most others don't and have a few in the room to take as we please. But overall nothing I couldn't deal with.
