I did not get the staff name that worked the front desk overnight while I stayed there, but t she was very helpful

Cons:

Waken up the next morning from my first night there with the housekeeper trying to enter my room while I was sleeping without respecting the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The pillows were too small and very worn out
And decorative lenin on top of the covers, head stains on it
