We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Seabrook NH.
Pros:

I liked the location. It was very close to several restaurants, shopping, and not too far from entertainment. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room we stayed in was a decent size and very clean!

Location was good, rooms comfortable and quiet

Cons:

Carpet was damp and air conditioner smelly so did not dare use it. Price was exceptionally high. Mold on caulking in bathroom. Could really use an update

Cons:

The pool was gross. It had things floating around and the smell was marshy and humid even with windows opened. We ended up not daring to go in it. It was very disappointing seems how we looked for a hotel with a pool so the kids could use it. Also the beds were awful, felt like we were sleeping on springs and every-time you moved it would squeak. We also had some very very load upstairs people that would keep us awake and wake us early just stopping around endlessly.

Overall would def stay there again but would request to not have that same room

Loved the location

Cons:

Very loud banging of a door maybe unsure that was the only complaint . We were on the ground floor and next to a entry door so maybe that was it . Luckily we had a sound machine to kinda off set the consistent loud bangs.

It was a place to stay on when there was no availablty at any other resort.

Close proximity to beaches

Cons:

Left over food from previous guest left in refrigerator. No one available at front desk for early check in when I was told time of 2:00 p.m.

Un bon séjour malgré l'ascenseur.
Cons:

L'ascenseur semble mal entretenu, il y a un tapis sale et puant sur le planche. L'ascenseur semble hésitant et bloque un peu en mouvement, il me semble peu sécuritaire, j'ai cessé de le prendre après la première utilisation.

Stay somewhere else!
Cons:

The room had a musty smell. A few spots of mold in bathroom behind some wallpaper that was detached from the wall. Returned from our evening to find puddles of water all over the bathroom and hallway.
