Pleasant stay and delightful staff
Pros:

Room was immaculate. Front desk staff, Rossi was super friendly, professional and had the most delightful smile and gave exceptional customer service 😀

Cons:

That I could only stay one night and my only suggestion would be to offer more variety to the breakfast selections, perhaps some wheat bread and a pastry.

Good Decent Stay at Affordable Price
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Big shower (we were in a handicap accessible room), Decent breakfast. It was in a good location to explore Amesbury/Salisbury area and beach.

Cons:

Staff not the most helpful. Handicapped shower gets water all over the floor (creates a slipping hazard) The toilet clogged.

It was an ok hotel. Ok breakfast. Nothing special.

Cons:

Chair to watch TV was low & hard to get out of. I think the carpet needs to be cleaned because my socks were black from walking around in the room.

Pros:

Every thing was just ok, the breakfast was just ok.coffee not so much

Cons:

The bottom floor of hotel clearly had flooded before there was wall paper peeling up and mold behind it, elevator was filthy.i as a wheelchair user could not access the main lobby when we arrived, had i been alone ot would have been quite a shit show

Nice stay
Pros:

All desk staff and Stacy in the bar were absolutely phenomenal!
Screen lounge with firepit

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean in my room.
Dust/hair hanging from ceiling vent just outside of bar lounge area. Bar area.far too small for a hotel of this size.
Pool and hot tub close far too early. Should be accessible all hours
