Pros:

The area is lovely and the building and decor is exceptional

Cons:

I've stayed 3 times. The third time just lacked warmth from staff and didn't feel quite as important as the previous staff made me feel. . They weren't as professional as previous stays. My last stay was around 2 years ago and I feel the staff weren't as attentive this time

Enjoyable stay in a lovely countryside hotel
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, evening meals were also very good. Room was a good size, away from the road and very quiet, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Hotel is 10-15 minute drive from Skipton, which is a very picturesque town, full of little craft shops and a very pleasant place to visit.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation, immaculately clean, well presented, large room and shower room.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
