The Suites at Bay

The location was perfect and the place was well prepared for our visit. The owners were extremely helpful with everything.

Nice and comfortable room in a very convenient location. My only issue was room smelled very musty the first day we arrived but smell did fade by our second day

The location of the property was perfect! It was right in the midst of all the places we wanted to visit and walking distance from everything Savannah has to offer! We will definitely be looking to book again!

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’ll even make it up before you arrive. The communication was excellent throughout. Each suite gets a unique code for the entrances, which means no keys or cards! And the suite we had on the third floor was super quiet, even on a busy weekend. No elevator, but the stairs aren’t bad if you have decent mobility. The location is perfect, about an 18 minute cab from the airport and right in the centre of town. If I’m back in town, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Only negative is parking, but this place was amazing. Everything super clean and right on the river. Very private. Great stay!!! I'm definitely going here when I stay again.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Clean, quaint and right in the middle of things on East Bay across for the water.

The unit was beautiful! So well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a little small. It didn’t seem as big as a Queen, but it was very comfortable. We loved the location and we were able to walk everywhere. There is a noisy bar directly below, but we always bring ear plugs when we travel so it was no big deal to us. Overall I just loved having a place to stay that feels like home rather then a hotel room.

Fantastic place in a great location. Perfect for our family of 3. We arrived on a Saturday around 5pm. Unloading our car then getting to the parking garage was easier than I thought it was going to be. The bed was very comfortable. We were in 3A. Noise was no issue at all for us. Be prepared to walk the stairs. We didn't mind as it helped offset all the fantastic food that we ate while in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in 3B was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better location and the layout was fantastic. The kitchen and table for two helped us feel right at home and allowed us to order take out to enjoy privately. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the parking is a ways away but we will be back to this unit again. Ask for the third floor for the better view and less road noise. The restaurant/bar on first floor is also delicious!

Everything about the suite was great. 3rd floor, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great amenities and location.

Old space with character in a very good Savannah location. That said there were some significant downsides: kitchen was poorly stocked, bed was flimsy and uncomfortable and the "free" parking seemed clumsy (the lot is two blocks away and you have to keep your original ticket throughout the stay despite getting a new ticket on each in and out). Also our unit was on the 3d floor with no elevator. In addition, Hotels.com lists "daily housekeeping service" as an amenity but in fact cleaners show up only once which is after you leave. Our trash sat there for several days (in an uncovered bin) until the manager, Isel, kindly agreed to take it. She also gave us a late check out which helped us out a lot. All in all however we found this place to be a mixed bag and would encourage other guests to look around first.

Stayed in Suite 2A. It was very cute and updated. Loved the kitchen. It is located in a great spot on Bay. Easy walk to River Street and Restaurants. Please beware that this place is very noisy even at night, it sits directly above one of the business bar/restaurants in Savannah. They provide fans/noise machine to try to cancel it out but it didn't. You will need ear plugs every night. Your bedroom vibrates with the noise until 2 am. I decided to move to the pull out couch which wasn't bad but whenever I moved the springs made loud noises. By night 2 I wanted to check out and go somewhere else. Unfortunately we couldn't. If noise doesn't bother you this is a great place. I will not stay here again.

Lovely one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living area. Nicely appointed, very clean, and in a great location. Everything we wanted to reach was in easy walking distance from here.
