The worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Cons:

We stayed here as a family for five nights and paid $2,100, but the condition of the hotel was truly poor. There was a stale, musty smell throughout. The bathroom mirror was crooked, the cabinet was damaged, and the switch on the bedside lamp didn’t work properly. Very uncomfortable — I would not recommend it.

Best value in the Hamptons
Pros:

It was clean, beautifully maintained property; the pool and outdoor seating were lovely. Close to restaurants and beach. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast was perfect light snacks to start the day

Did it’s job for the one night stay.
Pros:

Denise was pleasant and works extremely hard.
The rooms itself was rough and outdated
But the location made sense.

It states breakfast so we were hoping for a warm meal only to see some fruit and coffee.
The room I had booked wasn’t even honoured until Denise moved things around..
She was super helpful but the room is outdated
Squeaky worn bed and the bathroom sink was not draining.
The property itself was pretty
It’s a rating of 6/10 for me

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable as were the soft pillows.
Rooms cleanliness was ok

Gran lugar para disfrutar de Southampton. Cómodo hospedaje cerca de las playas y el centro.
Pros:

Fine for a one-night stay, we had some breakfast and were given the beach passes for Coopers Beach.
Pros:

The management was great. We were able to check in early and get our beach passes. We even were given an upgrade.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. The water seemed to somehow be getting out of the shower. Things were dated and the screen on front window needed fixing.

Great location and great value for a Southampton Retreat
Pros:

Very clean and proper - rooms are spacious with easy parking and quiet and nice clean pool and amenities including beach passes and pool towels. Very accommodating and friendly staff all around. The location is great with less than 10 minutes to town or beach.

Nothing really.
