Las Ventanas is very well located, close to everything. Highly recommended if you want to stay near the Paraná Country Club. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet service, both for breakfast and lunch, is varied and plentiful.
Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Hotel with a cozy atmosphere.
Great place. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Recomendable si deseas hospedarte en las cercanías del Paraná Country Club. Staff muy amable y colaborador. El servicio de buffet, tanto de desayuno como de almuerzo, es variado y abundante. Habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas. Todo el ambiente es acogedor (idem la piscina).
Buen lugar. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar si visito nuevamente a Cuidad del Este.

The property is clean and maintained but dated

A Estadia foi boa e o atendimento muito bom! O hotel precisa reformar o piso de seus corredores, pois o carpete apresenta um cheiro muito ruim e remete a um hotel velho.

The hotel is located a little outside of Ciudad del Este, perhaps could be regarded as a mini resort, though it really isn't far from the city centre, by car perhaps 5 min.
The evenings are quiet, the dinner service is excellent.

The room I got was big with a little kitchenette. The only down side was the shower which was leaking.

Good room, helpful staff, very quiet area. It would improve have more power outlets in the room. Restaurante Madame Chateau, very good, must try it.

Estive no hotel no período de 29/12 a 01/01/2019. O hotel é pequeno e bem aconchegante, restaurante com refeições A La Carte é muito bom, porém, a refeição servida no buffet no domingo não gostei, pouca opção de salada e as carnes decas e duras. A ceia do ano novo só não foi perfeita porque foi servido apenas um tipo de cerveja a Heineken, sendo que havia no hotel outras marcas bem melhores e o espumante apenas chandon. O que peca neste hotel é a limpeza dos quartos e principalmente a piscina e toda a área da piscina que estava mal cuidada e suja.

Las Ventanas is a very comfortable hotel with friendly service, spacious, clean rooms, good internet connectivity and a delicious breakfast. The location is just outside of the bustling city centre in a secure neighbourhood with shops and good restaurants. The hotel is close to the ITAIPU dam for those on business with the facility or just visiting. As a business traveller, I was both comfortable and productive at the hotel.

Very weird hotel. It is they are doing you a favor, nor servicing you! The room itself is like two centuries ago. The hot water boiler is inside the shower, everything is so old, you really need to be in your 60’s to really recognise these antique equipment.
If you want a coffee from the machine and not americano they charge you extra. Low level service and extremely slow.
