Pros:

L’emplacement uniquement.

Cons:

Les chambres sont froides et pas agréables. Seul le hall d’accueil est joli. Mal insonorisé on entend la route, les voisins etc.. nous avions pleins de fiantes de pigeons devant la chambre, nettoyées au jet d’eau à forte pression, l’eau est passée sous la porte ce qui a inondé l’entrée de la chambre et nos affaires. Des frais de séjour prélevés sans être informés. Le prix n’est pas du tout justifié.

We'd stay here again at about half the price.
Pros:

Clean, cute property with a lovely bar and fire pit out back. Decent location within walking distance to downtown Estes. We'd stay here again if it wasn't so pricey. Loved the fire pit out back. Pretty views.

Cons:

Walls were very thin and our trash in our room still had a beer can in it when we checked in. Bare bones room but it was what we needed. Was too pricey for what it was in my opinion, and then we were charged a $25 amenities fee on top of everything after we left. No one had told us about that. For what? Who knows. Not many amenities. A hot tub or breakfast would have been nice. $400+ for one night was too much, Labor Day weekend or not.

Cons:

The air conditioning wouldn’t go below 72. They came to fix. But it never would go below 72. I know some places lock it to a certain temperature. So if you like cooler temperatures at night. Don’t expect it be that way.

The location was nice and convenient. The common areas were nice and enjoyable.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auf die "The Outpost Lodge" umquartiert: In ein Zimmer mit Balkon, das mehr Privatsphäre bot, als the Trailhead Lodge (Die Zimmer der Trailhead Lodge haben nur ein Fenster zum Parkplatz und bieten dadurch keinerlei Privatsphäre, es sei denn man zieht den blickdichten Vorhang zu.)

Eine preisliche Anpassung auf die eigentlich günstigere, weil einfachere "The Outpost Lodge" wurde aber nicht gewährt.

Cons:

Wir sind einen Tag früher als gebucht abgereist, da das sehr chlorhaltige Wasser starke Hautreizungen verursachte. Ein kulantes Entgegenkommen gab es nicht und 100% Storno musste gezahlt werden.

The price was extortionate. I expected a large luxurious hotel. This is basically a motel. Tiny bathroom.

We had a great time and would return again!
Pros:

We had a great experience and enjoyed the proximity to Estes Lake and downtown Estes Park. We were able to enter into RMNP in less than 15 minutes and it made for a perfect place at the end of long days hiking and rafting.

Cons:

My only complaint was that we had very loud guests above us, and it sounded like they were tearing down the room above us. Nothing that the hotel staff could change, but since it is a renovated motel, the walls/floors are thin.

Great location, but missing expected amenities like a microwave in the room or any sort of breakfast
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

No microwave in the room or continental breakfast available at all. The hidden $150 fee with $25/day amenities fee for smores and the pool were an unexpected and unwelcome charge. I did not use either.
