The room wasn’t that clean , the sheets weren’t clean and the pull out couch mattresses didnt have sheets and had pee stains , the bathroom had a strong odor and the bathtub wasn’t clean ,sincerely i didnt like anything ,the breakfast wasn’t good and the breakfast room was dirty as well

Nice and comfortable but need more towels and bath mat so you don’t slip on the floor

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and it was easy to get to

Cons:

There were only 2 towels not even a wash cloth or a mat to put down after a shower and the tub had nothing to make it not so slippery and neither did the floor almost slipped and fell. Need to have more towels and a mat for the floor.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location worked well for what we needed to do for our trip.

Cons:

There was no mattress for the sofa bed, so it couldn’t be used for sleeping. The room was dirty. The bathroom door didn’t close completely. The staff did not accommodate us to find a new room with 2 proper beds.

The negatives were minor. I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were a couple of sticky spots on the nightstand and on the marble shelf where the coffee pot was located.

Disappointing
Cons:

The pool was "closed for maintenance" the whole reason I booked with them was so my toddler could swim while we were in town for a funeral. Instead I got to hold him while he quietly sobbed into my shoulder for 5 minutes after I told him the pool was closed while we waited for our room to be "cleaned." I was told it would probably be ready "tomorrow or the next day" knowing full well I wouldn't be there. After I looked up reviews and saw that the pool had been closed in March and April as well. There was also a piece of candy on the ground under the nightstand and there were crumbs on the couch. I had gotten there a little early and when they said the room wasn't ready yet I told them that was fine, I knew I was early and didn't mind waiting. However, we got to the room and it still wasn't clean.

Cons:

Room next to us had loud television early in our stay and somewhat all through the night. Poor shower pressure and bad shower head. Walls paper thin. Overall pretty bad experience!
