Friendly, clean, felt safe, no problems.
Pros:

The breakfast area was clean. Room was clean, no weird smells that's pretty important to me. Slept really good in the bed. Bedding was all white and clean. Coffee was good and plentiful.

Cons:

There appeared to be a group on industry contractors next to us. They were kind of loud, usually quieted right down about 9:30 pm though. Some kind of fresh fruit or sugar free hot cereals would have been nice in breakfast area.

It was the last room available in Plymouth Indiana, place needs work!

The staff that checked us in was amazing!

Good service but amenities not worth the rate.

The young lady that was there at 1am and 11 am was very helpful and accommodating.

The property was unclean, worn and overpriced for what it had to offer compared to others nearby.

Pleasantly surprised at his nice the room was.
Pros:

Very nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Cons:

The floor and walls of the breakfast room are all hard surfaces so the voices of others eating breakfast were very loud and distracting. Some acoustical tiles on the ceiling would improve it dramatically.

I stayed here the year before. Came back this year it was a different story. this year was not good at all.

Cons:

cobwebs behind the bedside table, brown stains on the white bedspread. The room was never cleaned, and we had to call for towels, and they brought us small pool towels.

Cons:

Where do I start. The first room we got was smoldering hot. Couldn’t even breathe. Got moved to a 2nd room, the floor was soaked like puddles all around the bed from the air conditioning. Missing closet door/ water cover for iron. The microwave locked closed. We literally took the entire microwave to the front desk and the women just stared at us and said idk it’s broke. So now we had no way to warm up food. Never got a replacement. The windows in our room had no screens so you could fall out if leaned to far. We were on the 3rd floor. Giant safety issue. The tv only worked if you were standing right infront of it to change channels. There was no ice on the 3rd floor. The mechanical room door was wide open, also a safety issue. Was open all weekend. Breakfast was pretty gross. The desk chair was broke so it was lean back all the way only. Room was not clean. Also giant health safety issue. The one ice maker they did have I had several chunks of ice with black mold in it.

Nice and comfortable but need more towels and bath mat so you don’t slip on the floor

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and it was easy to get to

Cons:

There were only 2 towels not even a wash cloth or a mat to put down after a shower and the tub had nothing to make it not so slippery and neither did the floor almost slipped and fell. Need to have more towels and a mat for the floor.
