Disappointed in cleanliness and appearance of room
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room was not clean.....stains all over the couch I put a sheet on it to sit on it. The bathroom was very dusty baseboards were filthy the mirror wasn't cleaned the first was so thick on towel and toilet paper holders didn't even want to use anything on them we stayed at a different one in same area 2 years ago, it was very nice. This one did not meet our expectations

Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and attractive.

Cons:

Breakfast and a couple of maintenance issues were disappointing. In the room the floor lamp at the entrance was not working. Also the reading light on one of the beds was not working. I left a note for housekeeping. But I don’t think guests should need to be the ones to note these things. Breakfast had its issues too: first coffee creamer ran out, then coffee ran out, eggs ran out and the front desk had to be notified that replenishment was necessary for these. And the juice machine was “out of order” … just like last year when I stayed here.
Don’t get me wrong. This is a very nice, reasonably priced property with excellent staff (particularly Marshal).
I will be staying again next year…if only to check on the juice machine.

Pros:

Close to old folks home

Cons:

They charged me $14 beyond what was agreed to with booking.com. I did not authorize these “city of Bridgeport Emergency Services Fees” explained to me four days after my checkout date, when I saw the additional charge on my cc postings. I never had an emergency. Suspect fraud.

When we go back to Clarksburg, we will stay there again
Pros:

This was a very nice hotel in Clarksburg. Our room is very spacious. Centrally located by restaurants and stores. Very clean the staff was very nice.
