L'esprit de l'établissement
Le lit était très confortable et les nuits étaient calme, très appréciable.
Les réceptionnistes étaient très gentils.

Cons:

La centrale de chauffage-climatisation de la chambre était verrouillée. L'impossibilité de régler à notre convenance la température de la chambre.

Le service du buffet du petit-déjeuner : si vous n'y allez pas à 9h00, il n'y aura plus rien à manger du tout jusqu'à 11h00.
La demoiselle devrait plutôt faire son travail au lieu de discuter avec le réceptionniste.
En trois matins, elle n'a pas changé la confiture de fraise et la pâte à tartiner qui étaient vides dès le premier jour.

Ok facilities but short staffed
Cons:

I tried to order room service for breakfast, and my request was denied as they didn't have enough staff.
I was told to go downstairs for breakfast, but the item I wanted wasn't an option at the breakfast buffet so I went elsewhere.

I also requested on the first day for the mini-bar items to be removed from the fridge so I could use it for my own beverages. I was told that would be no problem, but it was never done.

Pobyt był niesamowity.
Pros:

Hotel ma naprawdę cudowny vibe, już od wejścia czuć klimat, który pozostaje przez cały pobyt. Widać, że wszystko jest przemyślane, nie tylko wygląd, ale też detale. Basen robi robotę, głośniki w pokoju to mega dodatek, a przepisy na drinki i inne akcenty w pokoju to coś, czego się raczej nie spotyka - bardzo na plus. W skrócie: czuć klimat Ibizy.
Lokalizacja obiektu to ogromny atut. 5 minut do plaży, a jednocześnie blisko największych klubów. Hotel jest praktycznie przy głównej ulicy, więc wszędzie jest blisko - sklepy, restauracje, wszystko pod ręką.
