Delightful stay and great location!
Pros:

The property is well maintained Great pool and lived that pickleball courts were available! We had a delicious breakfast as well! Close to town and movies.. all walkable!

Location only, close to the Main Street.

Cons:

Hotel, feels like a motel, old, small tired pool, small rooms, noisy ACs could barely sleep at night. WiFi barely worked and there’s no service out here. No in-room service, hotel restaurant limited in food, for the price I paid $1200/ night this was the biggest scam. Even the staff was borderline rude, not happy to welcome you, I asked for an upgrade they didn’t even check, they said not available, no effort whatsoever given the fact that they’re charging so much for so little in return.

Staff was very welcoming. The ants might be an issue for some

Strategic location if you’re working in the area

Cons:

For the price, which is already inflated cause we’re in the Hamptons, I expected not to have to deal with ants up on the second floor. I was too tired to notify the front desk, and definitely didn’t want to change rooms in the middle of the night
